A good location to get...

Pros: The location was good, close to the metro which was helpful for us to access the city! The staff were wonderful, all really friendly and helpful. Parking really convenient and the bed was really comfortable and we slept like a log, amazing!

Cons: The windows didn’t open at all in the bedroom, the carpet was stained and the room looked like it needed freshening up! There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Pros: If you are lucky to get ODD room number, you'll see the tour eiffel. Carrefour near the hotel (inside the mall, 1st floor) I would say close to metro, but the stations are so many and close to each other that this hotel is actually far away lol.

Cons: You cant open the windows, no handles, so if you are coming during hot days, you rely only on the AC to cool down the room. If the AC brokes, you are f-up. If you are using all types of towels, they only give you 2 body & 1 legs. They dont know what face/hands is, so good luck. Who the f does not have a toilet brush, they just dont have it, so if you take a good s**t, you either clean it with t-paper or let the room smell like s**t.

The very BEST place in...

Pros: I don’t know who could complain about the service of this hotel and why. This is a nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in a good location in the suburbs of Paris. Unlike what many reviews said, the area is quite safe and me and my friend had zero problems arriving every night past midnight. As for the hotel itself, we really enjoyed the comfortable premises, the efficient and daily room service, the delicious breakfast, the wonderful staff, the nice views from our windows, the area and everything else. The rooms were clean and tidy and there’s a popular street market set up during the weekend on the street in the front where you can find cheap clothes, food and other things. It’s a must if you really want to experience the diversity of what Paris actually is. I’ll certainly be back! A special thanks to Igor, who treated us with utmost care and solved our problems with such kindness.

Cons: Staff are so so rude and arrogant. The hotel only take credit card (which it doesn’t state anywhere on this), they also don’t accept contactless. Only had my debit card on me, the man behind the counter told me I could pay via booking.com which I did, he told us everything was fine and let us in the room. We went out all day, when we got back there was now a women working on the desk with the gent from earlier. She was shouting on us to come over very aggressively and demanding I put my debit card in and made payment again? I told her that the man standing beside her approved the payment from booking.com but she was demanding I paid again as booking.com hadn’t put the payment over yet or whatever. She wasn’t taking no for a answer, I said to the man that he had told me to pay on booking.com he was silent as if I was lying or maybe he was scared of his boss? We were stood unaware of what they were saying about us. I got it up on my phone and showed her the payment had been taken. She looked at my phone and miraculously booking.com had suddenly made the payment. Totally made us feel awkward and made us not want to stay in the hotel. Booking.com states that €1.38 tax is taken per person per night. Hotel charged us more than this. Didn’t question this tho due to the above situation.
