Cons: Room was very dated but comfortable. We had reserved a table in the restaurant for 20.45, but waiter didn t take food or drinks order until 21.15 !!! When our food arrived my husbands fillet steak was perfect, but my filet mignon was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside ( I am aware that filet mignon can be served pink but this was raw), so was taken back to the kitchen. My husband finished his steak but I still hadn t got my meal back, so waiter went back to kitchen to investigate!!!! Came back and it turned out my meal had been given to another diner!!! Waiter asked did I want to order something else, but to be honest it was then 22.00 and I had lost my appetite by then. When we went to pay they were trying to charge us for the filet mignon I had not had!!!!!!!!

Perfect for a short stay in Beaune

Pros: Good restaurant with enjoyable dinner and good breakfast. Wine list was very good. Staff were friendly and very professional. The atmosphere in the dining room was friendly an enjoyable.

Pros: Clean, modern with excellent facilities. The location is great for us travelling through France to the UK, this hotel is becoming a regular stopover for us. Beaune is a beautiful town, the hotel is not in the centre but this works for us. Car park very secure. A warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant is excellent. I would always book dinner as it get quite busy, often full.

Pleasant stay, partner doesnt each much meat so had to hunt round to eat in the evenings.

Pros: Pleasant surroundings! Room bit small but ok . Staff v pleasant . Reception helpful.

Cons: If after 9am for breakfast. Poor replenishment of food. Plates , cutlery as well. Had to keep asking staff. Not v efficient. Dinner menu limited same each day and expensive.

Pros: Dinner was a disater 1. Kept waiting for 50 minutes to be served the first course 2. when my main course of chickek arrived the plate was hot and the chicken was cold. I sent it back 3. 15 minutes later the chicken reappeared. I asked if it was the same or a different piece of chicken. The waiter assured me it was different but I could see the cut mark I had made when the chicken was first served. I sent it back. 4. The third version appeared 15 minutes later. This time the amount of chicken on the plate was half the original size. It was clearly the same piece of chicken again and was too tough to eat 5. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager. I was told that I would not be charged for the chicken but I would be charged if I wanted to order something else. I argued that this was unreasonable given what had happened thus far. Having stated I would not pay for another maion course, I was then asked to order something else. I ordered mignon du porc which was fine. 6. When the bill arrived, I had been charged for the porc. I protested and was greeted with a mouthful of abuse from the restaurant manager who very reluctantly took the porc off the bill. 7. She then continued to say that she had never known such an unpleasant customer and I was banned from returning to the hotel or the restaurant. 8 I have rarely had such a bad or insulting experience. (. The manager should be taken to task and I would expect further compoensation for the way I was treated in front of other guests and await your reply

Pros: Breakfast staff were not helpful at all. The breakfast area was very busy.had to que in a very small space for coffee therefore a lot of pushing and shoving quite stressful

Cons: - waiter in the bar was rude - impolite (shift on SAT 02/09 : at 1600hs) - my booking through Booking.com got cancelled and refunded BUT I had a discount voucher I unlocked from previous bookings and that one was never put back in my wallet

Pros: Quiet area, usual Ibis standard of a comfy bed and a good shower. Our dogs were warmly welcomed, as were we. Friendly staff and lovely dinner in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Perfect spot for a stopover on our way home from Italy to the UK.

Pros: Bright freshly decorated , and the surprise was the restaurant which was excellent which when you arrive at 8pm was a real bonus .

Pros: Very clean Free parking on site. Excellent location near major routes but noise free. Friendly staff.

Cons: No tea/coffee/kettle in room. Minor point.
