Never again.

Pros: There was an altercation where a group of young black teenagers swarmed the hotel and started attacking children and whoever was in their path. My children were hurt, it was the most terrifying situation I’ve ever be in.

Cons: Very nasty. Terrible service. Dirty comforters & stained carpet. There was only one person working on staff in evenings.

The bad outweighs the good...

Pros: The actual room was very nice- nice layout and very comfortable for my family of 4. The workers were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed a late checkout of 1pm as well.

Cons: The musty smell when I walked through the halls. The one working elevator with broken buttons - other elevator out of order. People fighting over the one waffle machine at breakfast station. The over-packed swimming pool that looked so cloudy and dirty. The $5 overpriced water bottles and sodas at the marketplace.

Terrible management

Pros: Room size

Cons: The walls were very thin and can hear everything happening in hallway. Other guests were very loud at all hours. I had to finally call downstairs to ask management to come up to 5th floor and tell the other guests to be more quiet. I was trying to take a nap at 5pm before getting ready to go to dinner. People were yelling and screaming in hallway at people in rooms. Who does that? No consideration for other guests. Another issue was I was in town bisiting my 2 boys & family. They brought lunch and we were quietly eating in pool area. Manager came in and said we couldn't eat in pool area. Later there were a bunch of black people in the pool yelling and screaming so loud and with the acoustics, we had to leave it was so loud. Upsetting because the manager was monitoring us periodically. Clearly he heard how loud these people were and said nothing to them. I am with my family quietly eating with no one else in the pool, asked to remove the food and drink. My grand daughters had to get out of the pool because they thought they saw fecal matter in the pool. How do I know if it was or not. I will say there was a ton of black long hair floating in pool and on deck. Disgusting. Trying to take a quick nap later and couldn't believe how inconsiderate these black people were screaming and yelling down the hallway nonstop was the last straw. Disgusting. Never stay at this location again.

I was disappointed in the stay.

Pros: The breakfast taste good. I liked the chicken sausage. I liked the sun rise from the room. I like how the room is configured.

Cons: There were stains on the carpet in the room The light on the smoke detector keep blinking which distracted me from sleep The fridge in the room didn't work so I couldn't keep anything cold. The door in the bathroom is almost touching the toilet. There was sticky substance on the elevator floor. There was only 1 working elevator.

It was good I will be back again
