Pros: The room was clean and up to par. It was a safe and comfortable environment.

Cons: The food menu in the hotel was bare to none. An upgraded menu with more then 10 items would be appreciated by all. Atleast have a kids menu! There was not a single go to kids item!

Cons: The staff was very rude as soon as my daughters and I walked in in front of me the pursing checking us in said what’s that smell not sure what she meant but that was her words she win checked us in gave us the keys didn’t clarify or verify anything she did get my ID we went upstairs we were not in the room that we paid for it was a king single bedroom with no view I called downstairs to question why we were checked into this room and I was told that the bookings have been close since last week and there was no room for us I stated my booking has been since last week the gentleman said oh well that’s booking.com‘s fault I said I don’t know what you’re talking about but I payed for a two queen room with a couch and view, as I was talking another couple walked in our room with a key I said dang what the heck, I told the person on the phone I’m coming down there a couple and I went downstairs I walk to the counter the person that I spoke with the counter was taken care of another person I stood in line When he was done with that person he didn’t even ask me to step forward I walked up to the counter and I said are you open he says oh yes I explain to him that the couple behind me walked into the room that I was given I am the young lady that you were just talking to on the phone he didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying he turned an extra couple behind me do you have the same room key as as as her they said yes he said are you guys together he said no he turned and looked in the computer, he took care of them gave them another key, I said to him I was talking to you but you just help them and didn’t even acknowledge me the manager then came and said oh there is another room just give it to them give her what she paid for they gave me a room 1004 In the back facing a building with no view when I questioned it I was told oh that’s the view that’s just what it is I just went back to the room to try and enjoy the day because it was my daughter‘s birthday

Pros: Location. Breakfast included. Pool was available. Gym. Inexpensive parking nearby. Staff was polite and responsive.

Cons: We reserved two queens and received a king. This was difficult since we had two teenagers with us. Pool was small with no hot tub.Local restaurants are only open until lunch.

Pros: The location of the Hotel is great near the river and Millennium Park Nice bar area Good friendly staff and were really nice to provide assistance when was needed.

Cons: The breakfast service was not the best. As it was St Paddy's weekend it was busy so they run of food quick with some been replaced while other was not. It offered a sofa bed but no linen for it, had to ask for it to get it. That should be available in the room itself Reservation was for room with a view, let just say no view from our room.
