Cons: the hotel is on the flight path. There is a plane passing over the hotel every 5 minutes. 9 /10 for a hotel with the smell of kerosen in the pool, we don't give a damn about the customers.

Pros: We were VERY pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, quiet, conveniently located, and very nice. Everything was very well kept and maintained. The room was nice and the pool area was perfect for our needs. Every single staff person we encountered smiled and said hello. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations--a big variety (eggs, meats, fruit, breads, muffins cereals, pancakes, french toast, waffles, bagels...), delicious and easily accessible. We had a bulb out behind our mirror and it was replaced very quickly after I let the front desk know. We have stayed in much pricier, "fancier" hotels that didn't come close to being as nice to stay in as this one.

Cons: We really had no complaints. If I had to list something, I would say that we noticed that people parked for long periods (hours) in the check-in spots (it seemed like the rules didn't apply to them) and that when we wanted to park there to check in, none were available. We also noticed some people parking there and unloading large groups for the pool, and leaving their car. This was a concern to us, because it was sometimes a little hard to find good seats at the pool and we wondered if some of the people at the pool weren't hotel guests. It would be disappointing to find out that we couldn't get a good seat (or any seat) at the pool because non-guests had taken them. Also, our pool waiter left for the day without telling us, and we waited longer than we would have liked before going in to the bar to settle our tab, only to find he had left. The ladies next to us had ordered drinks and he left without ever bringing them or telling them he was leaving. They waited quite a while, too, because they didn't want to upset him, but finally asked me to let him know they couldn't wait any longer. Lastly, it would be nice if there was a system to keep track of which pool chairs with towels on them are actually taken so that guests can find a seat at the pool.

Cons: I have never been in a $700 room that has no water. And when I called to ask for water after a 15hr trip, I was told that I can go downstairs to buy water, not to mention that the minibar is empty. I was also shocked that breakfast is given with plastic cutlery and plastic cups. And of course the room has no vanity kit, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no body lotion. It's definitely not worth the price. I would not stay there again, although I need to go to Naples once a year for work.

Pros: Great Breakfast - expensive but a lovely hotel and the staff are super!! victoria behind the bar is super friendly and reception manager was so helpful and accommodating. I have stayed in other hotels in Naples and this is by far the best i have had. Rooms were so nice and spacious. Housekeeping were great at judging when to clean room too! Great car parking which is covered so the car stays cool. The hotel is right under the flight path which i enjoyed as i was travelling alone but not for everyone i guess, it was nice to see the planes coming in over my head. K-Rico and tin City are a really short walk away, so is a great location too for dinner and ice cream!

Cons: Bike hire was expensive - i liked renting the bike instead of walking but you pay by the hour which is a bit unfair. Better to have a half day or day hire rates like over hotels have. Gym equipment needs to be upgraded with another bike and a pet hate of mine, please provide sanitising wipes to wipe down equipment. There were no options to clean equipment so the equipment felt dirty and generally the gym was a bit of a forgotten area - it was busy everyday i went in with 1 - 3 people in everytime. Only one yoga / cool down exercise mat too - despite a rack to accommodate 5 mats there was only one and it was pretty beaten up. Apart from the gym needing a good clean i loved this hotel.
