Pros: Breakfast was lovely but crowded. The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was perfect. The hallway noise filtering into the room was a bit loud at times but it was not often. Beds are very comfortable. Our biggest struggle was parking. If you have a la be SUV or truck, be prepared to creatively squeeze into the space. Staff was helpful and accommodating in trying to help us find an available spot that worked for our SUV.

It was a very nice...

Pros: Exceptional, friendly staff. Full hot breakfasts. Extremely clean and well kept property in a great location near the waterfront. Comfortable bed and room complete with stove, fridge, microwave. Modern well equipped bathroom. All in all, very happy with property and would gladly stay there again.

Cons: A small retail outlet offering snacks, notions, etc would be a bonus since there is nothing really close. A nice-to-have but not a deal breaker.

My stay was great. I...

Pros: I really enjoyed having breakfast in the lovely sun room facing the garden. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed exploring the James Bay area especially with all the fantastic Spring flowers.

Cons: I had asked for early check-in as my flight from the Yukon left at 7 am. I was able to check-in until after 4. I understand hotel was busy though. Also I wish there was a shuttle from the airport. As a 70 year old tired woman I couldn't face traveling by bus with my luggage so it cost me $80 both ways to and from hotel to airport.
