Never stayed here, and never...

Pros: I didn't get to stay at this place because I had to cancel my reservation. So I guess the only thing I could say that I liked, was the price that was advertised on Booking.com. Other than that, when I called, they did say that they have a refrigerator and microwave, which I as planning on using, to heat up some leftover food.

Cons: This place charges a $50 cash deposit in order to stay here. They did not disclose this information on Booking.com, which is against Booking.com's policy. If you do not have any cash on you, you'll have to use their atm to pull the money out. I was told that the onsite atm was fee free, only to find out that there's a $3.50 fee. Which means you'll have to have an additional $53.50 just to stay at this place. You'll be stuck if you are one of those people who use prepaid cards to book rooms and have only enough to book the room. You'll be stuck if someone else booked the room for you and don't have the cash deposit. The lady told me that I could use my credit card to pay the deposit after I told her that I didn't have cash on me, and how it would take 5-6 business days to get the deposit back. I said that was fine. She insisted that I use the atm machine. When I went to go use it, that's when I found out about the $3.50 fee. I was not going to pay anymore for the room, than what I had booked it for. I went back to the window to tell her about the fee and how I'll just pay the deposit with my card. She proceeded to tell me how she is new there. I said I was new there to. She called up who I can only assume to be the owner who then said she'd lower the deposit to $20. She clearly did not understand that the deposit itself was not the main issue. I proceeded to tell her than even if you lower it to $20, I'm still coming out of pocket for the atm. I know it may seem petty to argue over the $3.50, but that is not the point. The point is that you cannot get over on people, and you are going to leave people who don't have this additional money stranded. And if someone doesn't speak up on it, nothing will be done about it, and they'll continue to do this, creating problems for others. I canceled the room, addressed the issue to Booking.

This place is AWFUL!

Pros: The main building looked clean and updated.

Cons: Damage all throughout the room, from scratched furniture to water damage in bathroom that had me feeling like I would fall through the floor at any moment. Blood stained mattresses, poorly covered graffiti on the wall, none of the doors closed all of the way, there was damage and what looked like spay paint all over the counter/sink and bathtub, all of the bathroom fixtures were not fully installed, and all of the pillows were stained. I was unable to use the a/c as it was filthy. Upon leaving, there were cops checking vin numbers and license plates on vehicles, and circling the property.

Cons: This place is DISGUSTING!! The room looks NOTHING like the pictures!! The table is sticky from who knows what. The restroom floor felt like it was gonna cave in. The linens looked dirty and the smell of armpit in the room hit you right when you walked in!! The walls are SO dirty, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There are alot of families and drug addicts living there!! I was woken up by my next door neighbors screaming at eachother. It was insane!! I was better off sleeping in my car!!

Cons: Dirty bathtub. One trashcan. No ice bucket. No cable . Rude and unconserned of my complaint and search for missing phone which clearly shows location on Find My Device app. Wouldn't help with this issue or ease the mind of missing phone.

Pros: The price was the only good thing. However, it's not worth staying here. We did not last more than 10 minutes here. Highly recommend not staying here.

Cons: This place was filthy. Upon arrival, we encountered 2 bugs on the dresser. The microwave was dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The sheets were full of stains. The door would not lock properly.

Pros: I liked the location of the property as it was near I-5. I liked that there was a security guard present day and night.

Cons: The room my sister and I were given was questionable due to safety feeling and how the room was kept. The bathroom door was broken, the toilet was janky and the shower head and handle was broken. The room smelt of cigarettes and the pillows felt lumpy and old. The room had a lot of damage to it with paint issues, writing on the bathroom wall, and stains throughout the room except on the bed the bedding was clean. The room did not seem to be kept up to date. Pictures posted are deceiving to what was the reality of the room. Yes it was a good price for one night but I feel as if there are better options.
