Pros: Beach front with great staff and amazing cocktails to watch the sunset from the perfect location. Yoga classes with the wonderful holly almost everyday were great. Food was delicious!

Cons: Thin walls so could here the kids being loud in the morning

Pros: Zomay has the best beach on the island! Hands down. Best spot for sunsets. Incredible service from reception and staff. Drinks and food were top notch. We loved our stay here and hope to return someday.

Cons: They should advertise more about their cafe! We searched for early morning coffee and nothing was open on the island until 8:00 a.m. We had no idea it was right there on the property and open at 7!

Pros: Location. The room was ok.

Cons: Some of stuff is not nice. Some is nice. Receptionist asked to bring her back and adapter at night when all devices were out of battery. Its okay to do so if you asked in advance. They do not clean seaweed. Beach not so clean. However, we went to Punta Coco and there was no such problem. Also, ir was superb windy, while in punta coco beach there was no wind at all. We asked if there is any place in the island where would be less wind, but they told that all island is in the wind which was not true. We saved two days of beach by escaping to Punta Coco beach. Also, it was not not clean enough around our bungalow. Seems they cleaned all the area except around our bungalow. Seemed that we live in a garage area. The room was clean. Nothing to complain. Also, there js a problem with mosquitos. Bring a spray! They are everythere around the island. And if you are from Europe bring adapters to charge your iphones. They do not provide with the adapters. Breakfast plus minus OK. You can choose from many options. In my opinion the price is too high. We stayed in Tulum in 3 stars hotel which was much cheaper and more comfortable and clean.

Great staff, best location, beautiful beach.

Pros: Staff, they were wonderful. Very helpful, know the island well and provided accurate information. The beach bar is probably the best in the island, people come from other hotels to take in the sunset. Best location, walk to town, beach front, we enjoy ourselves. Do not miss the happy hour at the beach bar.

Cons: The electricity went out a couple of times, not the fault of the hotel it is a city issue.

Great location, wonderful and helpful staff and great room.

Pros: Great location, stayed here with my partner and we both loved it. The rooms were good size and came with an air conditioning which was essential for staying in Holbox due to the humidity and heat. The bar and restaurant was also a 1 minute walk from our room which was very convent and the staff were all friendly and accomodating as they were willing to help us organise and find day activities, taxis or answer any questions we had. The bar is also located right on the beach and has the best views for Holbox beautiful sunsets, would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit Holbox island.

Cons: Our first room was absolutly horrible, we asked for a change. The staff was amazing and agreed to make the change. But even the second room (much better) was far from what could be expected by looking at the pictures. Not super comfortable beds and cleaning in the room was not every day

Pros: Great beachfront location. Bar on the beach. A/C in the rooms. Great staff. Food was very good for breakfast and the outdoor bar menu was great. Will definitely return. Do yourself a favor and book the bioluminescent kayaking trip if it is active when you go...you won't be disappointed.

Cons: We lost power on the entire island, so definitely not Zomay's fault, but it was fun and the staff handled it great.

Pros: I loved the beach access, the room was nice and well air conditioned. The staff were extremely accommodating and the food was great. We loved that it included breakfast.

Cons: The outside showers only worked the first day and than they didnt.
