Pros: The room and facilities were very good. The beach was very nice. The meals were well prepared.

Cons: With the exception of the restaurant, the staff in other areas of the hotel seemed unusually disengaged. We were left to fend for ourselves with our luggage, the front desk was rather distant in attitude and the cleaning staff preferred to avoid us.

Pros: I love the overall look of the hotel and it has great qualities. The pool area is great.

Cons: It wasn’t really family friendly. Great for a couple. Rooftop bar is beautiful and views are amazing. No beach access.

Cons: It was a very awful experience. First, the hotel rooms are connected room, but this information is not stated at the time of booking which will make the check in person feel very unsafe and the actual environment of the room is different from the publicity. I don’t think the price is worthy. Second the Hotel refund process is very very inky. They promised refunds in 3 to 5 business days, but it has been almost a month and they’re still ignoring the customers request. People who are concerned about their safety and rights protection really really need to consider this Hotel carefully.

Nice modern hotel

Pros: Nice hotel, close to beach, about 100 metres. The building is well kept, modern, very large rooms, nice furniture. Kayaks and bicycles available for free. A smaller pool at the back and a nice restaurant, though a bit high prices. The area has lots of restaurants and retail shops. The beach is wonderful.

Adequate stay but pricey for...

Pros: Bed was comfortable and view was nice.

Cons: Wish they had a way to make coffee or tea in the room. Think it’s a terrible mistake that they don’t have Keurig machines in rooms rather than espresso machines . No microwave in rooms either which would have been nice to at least heat up our leftovers. Also thought this was a beach property but wasn’t. Beach is close but had to cross a busy road to get to it, didn’t feel safe. Property could use someone to walk the grounds each day to make notes of quality issues that need attention, especially for the price!!

Really enjoyed our stay and...

Pros: Loved the proximity to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub were nice to come back to later in the day and enjoyed the pool bar/food options. The room size was great and loved the sitting room off the bedroom. And enjoyed the Freebie beach rides.

Cons: No other options for food on Easter Sunday except the brunch. But that was an anomaly. We took an Uber to Rick's Reef for breakfast.

Cons: The check in process was very poor - I was made to wait an hour and a half as they "started to check people in at 4", as opposed to ensuring people could go to their rooms at 4 - Of course, they're hot on the check out time.

Awful, overpriced and not clean

Pros: Location was fine but it is not on the beach. There is a road that you have to cross to get to the beach. The breakfast was decent at the Castile restaurant.

Cons: The hotel room was very outdated, and the couch and chair had many tears and rips in the upholstery. The room was dusty like it hadn't been cleaned well. We were told we had a balcony with a Gulf view and when we got up to the room, there was no balcony and the view was of the street with a little bit of gulf view. The halls of the hotel were all patched up with drywall spackle and no pictures or artwork of any kind. It was very gloomy and dark in the hotel. To get to the pool you had to walk through the parking garage and the pool was tiny. It felt like I was staying at a Best Western except over paying about 4 times as much. We were unhappy with the quality of the room and went to the front desk to express our concerns. They said that they couldn't do anything about it but could let the general manager know and would give us a call but they never did. There wasn't even a telephone in the room to call to the front desk. It was the strangest hotel I've ever been to. I would not ever recommend this overpriced dump to anyone and will never stay again!

Pros: Valet team was awesome Room and location were stunning Food at the restaurant was very good and had wonderful appearance.

Cons: Front desk clerk was very lackluster and usually not at the front desk and every time we had to wait 10min for her to come back. Wait staff at the restaurant were complaining the whole time in front of the guests. Extremely unprofessional and we had to wait a long time for them to tend to our table. Even the final bill took forever. 0 out of 10 for these two services.

Pros: We liked the setting of the hotel with views in all directions and the proximity of a lovely beach just across the road. Car park staff were amazing.

Cons: There is no real point of arrival. The main entrance is through the parking garage. The hotel room was extremely unappealing: the room layout with a partitioned off lounge area that continued the timber look tiles through from the corridor. The fridge was old and very noisy. All furniture was extremely beaten, the walls scuffed as well. The bathroom didnt have sufficient lighting and was too dark. The artwork suggested a lesbian kiss, not suitable for children eyes. The shower temperature was difficult to control and the cubicle leaked onto the bathroom floor, leaving everything drenched with nowhere to dry towels. The toilet seat was coming off. The first room had 2 tvs but only one remote and a telephone without receiver. There werent enough sockets. Those available were worn out and couldnt hold an adapter. The mini bar was completely empty which left us stranded on the night of arrival as restaurants were shut in the area and there was a wedding going on in the hotel. The jacuzzi was so hot, it was inaccessible without causing major burns. Staff were polite but not overly attentive. I felt sorry when I overheard other hotel guests complaining about the same things. Staff seem to be the scapegoat for the hotels mis-selling of a seemingly luxurious stay which has made them laissez-faire and guests even more cheated.
