Its nice but not worth the price.

Pros: The location is great . Close to trams shops restaurants etc . 5 minutes walk to blue mosque , topkapi palce etc. 10 minutes other direction to seafront , and ferry. Beds were comfy and its very clean. Breakfast is ok, not as good as last time i came 7 years ago when i stayed in yasmak comfort which is now closed, also the room in yasmak comfort were bigger and much cosier. It was also bit too pricy for what you get..wont go back .

Cons: The room was very very small . The bathroom door handle didnt work and the room door was a bit dodgy. Breakfast is ok boring after 2 days..

Cons: I would rather to have more options in the breakfast like semi skimmed milk or without lactose. And we couldn't use the swimming pool because was only until 6pm and we usually are visiting the city at that time. It should be open at least a couple of hours more to get a relax time after a long day.

Pros: Great location, really easy to get around using the tram Staff were really friendly and helpful Spa was lovely to!

Cons: In the spa you need to wear a swimming cap which they did provide at a cost - The breakfast for vegetarians was very limited, the few veggie options they had were cooked in mixed oil and nothing was labelled clearly.

Pros: Location of the hotel in the old town was perfect! Very close to the tram, mosques, parks & attractions. Reception staff were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & took time to explain things to you. I particularly thought that Nora was an asset to the hotel with her knowledge of languages & always had a lot of time for you to have a nice conversation. The Bar was a nice place to either start the evening or finish. Lovely staff in the bar and at Breakfast. Breakfast was a good variety of all sorts of things & also food that you could order to your liking. Room & bathroom were an average size & clean. Our cleaner was a very happy lady (sorry do not remember her name) & would do anything for you.

Cons: The bedding felt damp even when the bedding was changed, maybe it had something to do with the air conditioning. The wifi was dreadful.

Good

Not luxury but a good hotel for a night or two in central Istanbul.

Pros: Beds extremely comfortable. We could hear the next building's air conditioning, but it didn't stop us having a good night sleep. Very good location.

Cons: Restaurant I think is overrated. Breakfast was very good but, based on our experience, I would not recommend for an evening meal. The swimming pool is outdated and needs renovation work.
