    Pros: Great location. The room had a balcony with beach view.
    Cons: A few members of staff were rude. Room could use with an update, felt old fashoned. Breakfast has variaty, but a bit tasteless.

    Disappointing experience

    Pros: Staff in restaurant and the bar were very nice. They were in reception too, but didnt address the problems we raised.
    Cons: Room was not clean. We were moved to a different hotel next door, but only after wed paid / after cancellation window. We were assured itd still have nice view and pool, but the original hotel was evidently better. No hot water on the Friday. Also you could hear noise from other rooms.

    Would highly recommend staying here.

    Pros: We enjoyed the area which had a great selection of restaurants on the Promenade. We enjoyed using the deck after a long day of exploring. The sound of the sea on the beach below was relaxing.
    Cons: While we were enjoying the hotel beach, we used the white beach beds since the beach was not sandy. An employee of the hotel approached us and told us that we could use them but there was a fee. We paid the fee but noticed that other people who came after us were using them and were not told to pay. It was the last day to use them and feel like we were taken advantage of. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay.

    Pros: Sensational views. But that's it. No other redeeming features.
    Cons: The sewage smell from the adjacent sewer treatment plant on the beach front was repugnant. The food at the breakfast buffet was pathetic. The dinner buffet was worse. Do not stay here.

    Great hotel with fabulous views

    Pros: Location was fantastic and right by the beach, which was great for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel is also very close to the bus stop - literally across the road - to go to the Old city. Breakfast was also great and the staff were accommodating when we asked for other things. People at reception and the restaurant were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and have nothing to complain about from that angle. Would definitely stay there again.
    Cons: No lifts to get into the main entrance from the car park - this is only a problem when you first arrive and have to carry your luggage down the stairs. But, we got help from the staff on our last day. One other suggestion for the hotel is to provide sun beds and parasols free of charge; it would give your guests a better experience. The rest was all great.

    We had a wonderful time in a beautiful country and will definitely be returning to Dubrovnik. We would return to hotel V

    Pros: The location is amazing and easy access to local attractions with a bus stop right outside. The views are stunning.
    Cons: The rooms are very basic and need updating. The rooms are small and not much room to walk around the bed.

    Pros: It was located right at the beach which is nice! I don't really have anything to complain about, but you get what you pay for and since it's on the cheaper side, you can't really expect too much. The facilities were quite old and not renovated, and the breakfast was not very good.
