    Would stay here again.

    Pros: The staff here are superb in particular, the breakfast and dining staff. Location is also a wonderful plus. Beautiful public garden across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby.
    Cons: Some construction going on to a unit in the building which caused much noise throughout the day.

    Would definitely stay again. It was only one night and we were sad to leave.

    Pros: Loved it. Great location. Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. The room was very big for European standards, we had a nice desk overlooking the gorgeous windows. A couch and sitting area. The bathroom was modern and good sized. The bed and linens were comfy. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks upstairs in the evening. Breakfast was nice and the ladies who run the breakfast were very kind and accommodating. The view from outside for breakfast was breathtaking.
    Cons: It took us 20-30 minutes to wait with the car as the area where you were supposed to leave the car for valet was full. But it was no problem, as it was a beautfiul spot to wait. Taormina and parking is always crazy and I am just happy that they had valet!

    A real four stars hotel.

    Pros: The view from the room and the location are above all. 20 points on the 10 points scale. Also the breakfast and the service was excellent. The bed is oversized and comfortable, the bathroom is large and (naturalmente) with bidet.
    Cons: The acoustic is very pure. All the noises come through the door and walls.

    Pros: The Hotel was marvellous with a great location. All the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, breakfast was one of the best I've eaten with beautiful views of Mount Etna. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
    Cons: All perfect.

    Beautiful peaceful stay

    Pros: Beautiful view- double sea view with balcony. typically Italian but also very modern and super clean. Sky bar was beautiful most amazing views, really enjoyed having drinks in the evening and at breakfast. Went in feb so not much open but expected that, avoided the crowds.

    Perfect stay!!!

    Pros: Everything.and the staff was extremely and genuinely pleasant and helpful and accommodating.especially Raffaella who we had the most contact with. And the rooftop cocktail lounge was a perfect spot to relax and view Etna and had an excellent and friendly barman.
