Cons: Spa and pool are completely separate from hotel, both physically and financially Outside pool closed at 18h Hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area and the surroundings are not attractive Room smelled of smoke One of our rooms had no windows. Light came in through glass bricks at ceiling level and a balcony door.

Cons: I chose this hotel for a nice summer holiday near pool for my son. Unfortunately, only the outdoor pool was open during our stay. The indoor pool, spa, and other facilities were closed. The pool is not a part of the hotel and is only accessible from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Other than that there is nothing to do in this area. No place for walks, no garden, no playgrounds. You have to drive somewhere. The pool staff did not communicate in English. Initially, we were not given any rules or guidelines. It turned out that one of the pools was not accessible to children. But instead of informing me, they scared my kid who wanted to ask me something and came too close to that place. After that, he didn't even want to go to water slides and asked me not to go there anymore. So we spent our time in the bigger pool. It looks nice, but it has only a 1-meter depth. So adults cannot really swim there.

Pros: Average place.

Cons: Soooo hot in the room (+30) and no air conditioning (it was but blew so hot air). We could'nt sleep and woke up with headache. If you want use outside pool, you have to pay for sunbed. The restaurant Rosso pomodoro was terrible (they brought food different time for different people in one company, 3 people got the meals but 1 people was without food. The food was really bad.
