    Wonderful

    Pros: The hotel we were moved to was excellent. Central yet a quiet neighbourhood full of locals with great cafes and restaurants. The staff couldn't have been nicer.
    Cons: The first hotel had put us in an overflow room that was a bit of a nightmare. When I complained in the morning they worked very hard to find us a hotel where we would be happy. They moved us immediately at no expense and chose the perfect spot.

    We would diffinately come back.

    Pros: After researching many many many hotels we settled on the Trevi hotel. Mainly because it fit our budget. It turned out to be PERFECT for our needs. It was 2 min from the Trevi fountain and a 20 min walk from almost everything we wanted to see. Except the Vatican. The Staff was delightful. And very helpful. There was also plethora of outdoor eateries very close.
    Cons: There was nothing we didnt like. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Pros: Good location near Trevi Fountain, restaurants and shopping.
    Cons: Very poor check in with Felipo, he was rude! He Did not mention we would be charged for breakfast which I had already bought with my booking.

    Good value and comfort, right in the heart of Rome!

    Pros: We stayed in the newly renovated second building down the road and it was a large space for the area - good value for money! Decent WiFi, comfy bed. Great (but insanely packed) location.
    Cons: The shower was broken - it would only work for the hand-held extension and not the overhead shower. It was also plugged and nearly flooded the bathroom. They also forgot to give us the WiFi password and it wasnt posted anywhere. It was also a bit of a pain to have to type in an entry code every time we wanted to enter the building. I understand wanting to expand the hotel, but having a front desk there as well would feel much more welcoming instead of needing to walk down the road to ask questions and check out/in.

    Enjoyable

    Pros: We had to ho upstairs to the breakfast area and the young man was working on his own so was a little harnessed,which wasn't his fault at all. The first juries tasted very artificial so I didn't have much of that but all in all it was a very enjoyed stay and we were very impressed with the bath in one of the rooms it looked lovely.
    Cons: The other person at the reception the next door could ha e fone with bring a bit friendlier nit like the helpful young man we had the day before.

    Good location. reasonably priced but.

    Pros: Location was great. Around the corner from Trevi fountain. The room was very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Adequate TV. Bathroom small but satisfactory.
    Cons: We were placed in their out building which was a short walk away over rough uneven cobblestonesfrom the main hotel. The room was on the second level. You had to climb steep scary steps to get there. That was the worst part. It was named Trevium Suites not what I bargained for! (It wasnt a suite).

    Pros: Good location just by the fountain. Made up bed and new towels every day. Great AC.
    Cons: No luggage storage room, just stored in the lobby which does not feel super safe. Our room had full carpeting that didt feel very fresh & clean with some staining. Breakfast was a bit overpriced in our opinion and very crowded most mornings. If you came later scrambled eggs and bacon for example would be finished. Coffee machine that ran out of milk etc.
