Pros: The location was great very close to the metro making it easy to get anywhere.

Cons: The timing for breakfast never worked for me I was out of the hotel before it started each day. Also the shower was very small and a tight fit.

Cons: Stayed for three nights, never had hot water, one day it was completely cold the other days lukewarm. The day we left the elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs.

Cons: Poor quality breakfast. Comfort wise, awful. The mattresses are an absolute nightmare from the 1900's. I don't know what's worse, 2 small mattresses together or 1 big mattress. We tried both. Both are really uncomfortable.

Pros: I love this location overall for how easy it is to walk to romes center. Once youre at termini you are at your hotel its great ! Put your feet up and relax :). The Cost of stay was so reasonable, the breakfast was excellent! A Large selection of fresh foods set out for guests and offers a beautiful outdoor Terrace to eat on also! You can see top of Vatican :). Bed was comfy, the white sheets were IMPECCABLY CLEAN including the mattress/ pillows underneath. I was So impressed by how clean. The concierge was so professional & made me feel at home! I will definately be visiting again, very happy with the cleanliness especially! , professionalism, location/price, great breakfast options. Also theres a lot of restaraunts sorrounding this strip of hotels which are both cheap but the food is so so good!! Pasta with seafood $8-12 euro and top quality! Fine dining vibes :)this hotel and strip is such a Wonderful gem here in rome where I always stay !

Cons: The air-conditioning was not COOLING in the room allotted to me. At about 4 PM when I checked in and entered the room, it was SUFFOCATING. I had to switch on the lights and the aircon. But i felt that the aircon was not Cooling. I was in the room for about an hour and still it was not cooling. I left the aircon ON and went outside the hotel. When i returned back at 9 PM, it was still Hot in the room. I informed the Gentleman at the Reception. But his first answer was that He cannot do anything as he is not from Maintenance. I said that was very weird. Normally in such situations the Hotel staff are more courteous. He then asked me to change my room. But the Aicon in the other room allotted to me was also not COOLING. This room was also suffocating as if No one had stayed and entered this room for months. The Receptionist asked me if wanted to change the hotel. I had to change as No person could sleep in this room. Finally at 11PM I was shifted to another hotel known as Hotel Eliseo. This hotel reception was much better and the receptionist was also much friendlier. But the room was the same. The Aircon was not Cooling and was quite uncomfortable. The only difference was that it was not Suffocating. I had no choice but to sleep here as I had to Checkout at 6 AM. Therefore my stay at these hotels was really pathetic. Booking.com should not allow TORINO to sell their rooms on the website. I am quite surprised how Booking.com has allowed them. Infact I ask for the refund of my stay.
