Pros: Not a bad place if you stay just one night and not spending to much time at the hotel. Beds are comfortable. Staff really nice. I saw breakfast buffet but we didn’t try it. Very good Location really near laim station So, if you need a place just to sleep, I recommended it. Price-service is logical

Pros: My family only stayed for one night, so they really needed a place to sleep. The place is well located, close to the Laim Station. The room was small but fulfilled the need and was clean. For such a stay, the place was great.

Pros: The hotel does what it's supposed to if you need a good night's sleep. The entrance is a bit odd on the first floor but if you make your way there, you're greeted by a nice receptionist who shows you your room. The room itself was tiny and had a window out to the entrance area where people smoked - which was a bit unfortunate. If you're only there for a night and don't spend any time there, you'll be ok.

Cons: The room could have used one or two more square meters, the bathroom wasn't renovated in the past years. The room was stuffy but opening the window meant hearing peoples conversations while they are smoking right outside the room.

Cons: My stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. Initially, finding the hotel was a considerable challenge, as it was obscurely located within a mixed residential and commercial building. Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming staff who failed to locate my reservation. Imagine the frustration of scrambling to find another reasonably priced hotel in Munich at the last minute due to their system's oversight. Further complicating matters, the receptionist, whose command of English was limited, persistently requested that I email my Booking confirmation. Despite multiple attempts, he claimed not to receive my emails. It wasn't until I personally assisted him in navigating MS Outlook that we discovered my messages relegated to his junk mail folder. The ordeal at reception was just the beginning. The room itself was a severe letdown. A pervasive odor of cigarettes, intermingled with a hint of mold, assaulted my senses, compelling me to open the window for ventilation. However, this proved futile as the curtain continuously forced the window shut, and the brisk cold made it untenable to keep it open for long. Consequently, I spent a restless night enveloped in the unpleasant aroma. I seldom write extensive reviews but feel compelled to caution potential guests. My advice is to bypass this hotel and consider other accommodations. Spare yourself the ordeal I endured.
