Location is perfect, breakfast is adequate, shower and toilet is ok but if you are gonna take a shower write your demand

Pros: The location and view of the room are the best aspects of the hotel

Cons: If you are claustrophobic, you wouldnt enjoy your stay since the toilet is quite small. And also there is no curtain at the bath. The biggest issue is that hotel is unmanned which is absolutely fine but we wanted a hair dryer and received it next day which is our check out day. So I had to take my shower in the morning rush. But for the hair dryer it was written in the instructions we can demand it during daytime. We demanded it during daytime but there was no one so it was a delayed service.

Perfect hotel for easy access for the whole of Bruges, no frills, staff were great.

Cons: No staff at all. We come somewhere around 12 PM and left at 9 AM. We had no one to exchange some money as they made us pay some additional taxes that werent mentioned from the start. I understand city tax, but to pay for staying at hotel per person some taxes, after I already paid the amount per night its nonsense. They didnt give shampoo, soap for that you have to pay additional 5 euros and another 5 euros if you want a hair dryer. And if you are cold and want to make your room warmer by changing the temperature you will pay 15 EUR per day. I dont know from whom you can get even some shower gel if there wasnt anyone at the reception. Our room was horrible, very small and the window was with the opening at the corridor. More than that, the bathroom didnt have a shower cabin. So if you shower the floor will be wet, and you cant go to the toilet.

Nice place with unexpected demands

Pros: The location is excellent, 7-10 minutes walk to the centre, close to many restaurants and shops. We had a room with a canal view which was really nice. The room was ready earlier than we expected so we could check in at about 1 PM. The room looked like it was renovated recently, bed was comfortable, pillows too, it was clean and modern. The breakfast was good enough. The hotel is completely smoke free, which is great. All in all it was a good stay for us, but we only stayed for 3 nights.

Cons: Although it is a 3 hotel, it does not offer the usual amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo. If you need them, you have to pay 5. It does not offer a hair dryer, if you need one, its 5/stay. The room temperature is set at 20 degrees. If you want it to be warmer, it will be 15/day. It was not too cold for us, the blanket was really good and they offer an extra blanket. The bathroom was like a dressing, with walls made of wood. In the bathroom, theres only the toilet and the shower and I was really worried that the water would overflow in the room. It did not. The breakfast did not offer any kind of vegetables, which was really disappointing. We had a canal view, but that also means the boats go by everyday so it might be a little noisy. Also, in the summer I expect there to be mosquitoes, but in November we only found one.

Central Brugge wonder stay.

Pros: Marvelous place to stay in Brugge. Central to everything you may want to do and see. Lovely canal outlook and bus stop right outside the door, allowing easy access to train station. Nice breakfast, good shower, comfortable bed, very clean. Highly recommended.

Cons: Not sure why they lock the bathroom in the lobby, if only guests or customers leaving luggage has the enter instructions there is no sense to do it. It is very helpful, specially if it is early in the morning.

Inflexibility with breakfast hours . Starting 0830 on Sunday ..some of party running in marathon event and needed to eat earlier but not possible . On dep day , leaving at 0730 no possibility of even coffee ..
