    Wonderful

    Pros: Location of the hotel to the Shinjuku station is fantastic. Amenities such as comb, face wash, sponge, etc. were available i the common area of the hotel. Staff at check in was helpful in getting us room keys. Room cleanliness was very good.
    Cons: By USA standards rooms are not very big, so if you have a large suitcase or multiple suitcases you may struggle with packing or unpacking your items; otherwise there were no issues we personally encountered.

    Pros: Very convenient location. Friendly staff.
    Cons: Bed was hard, missing pillow top. Moved rooms when toilet broke and new room had pillow top and flushed properly. Hotel should do more thorough/routine checks.

    Very Good

    A well located hotel which helped considerably as it was my first visit to Tokyo.

    Pros: Great location! Shinjuku Station just around the corner affording easy access to all the sites in Tokyo. A short walk to a restaurant district will give you a vast array to choose from plus theres restaurants just across the road, and even a McDonalds down the street. A bonus is that the Airport Limousine Bus will drop you off right at the hotel and you can also book it to take you back to either Tokyo airports, which is a significant service if it is your first time in Tokyo. I would recommend highly.
    Cons: Pillows were not comfortable and bed a tad hard.
