    waste of money

    Pros: the bartender was awesome but other than that nothing, it was gross and not kept up.
    Cons: it was dirty, stuff in our room was broken, it wasn’t up to code the staff had an attitude, there was no security or valet for parking (as advertised)

    I will not stay at...

    Pros: The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. We selected this facility because of its location close to a major hospital and funeral home.
    Cons: Upon arrival could not determine the official entrance into the hotel. The room was below standards. It was cold and would not get warm. There was a hole in the wall as you entered the room. There was a pounding noise all day and all night. The shower curtain was torn. There was only one wastebasket. I have never seen a hotel room floor like the one in the room other than in a hotel in Africa. The parking lot was not secure, there were no lights, very unsafe even though guest had to pay $20 per day. There were other deficiencies not mentioned here. Hotel owners need to invest some revenue into up grades of the facility. I will not stay at this facility again and will not recommend it to others in its current condition.

    Cons: Full party going on in lobby and Was not helped for 15 mins. Why pay for parking when gate never closes. No safety there.

    Nice hotel. I like how...

    Pros: Dang I did not know there was breakfast!
    Cons: They have a parking lot and it does not say it’s twenty dollars to use it! They want you to go down the road to park and find a bus back! This is the worst thing I have ever seen! I am so glad I was able to tell about this. I paid it the last time and I wanted to tell someone about it. Every hotel I have ever stayed at has a parking lot for customers! They do not charge for it.

    Cons: The room did not look as pictured. This was misleading considering photos on listing. The cost was too high for an outdated room and no fridge.

    The hotel was very nice...

    Pros: the location was perfect because we were seeing a show at the Fisher theater. The room was clean with nice vintage decor.
    Cons: we stayed on the 3rd floor and were kept awake late into the night because they were playing loud music at the bar on the first floor until 2AM.

    Cons: when you went to the room it had no extra toilet paper , wasn’t very clean had no restaurant wasn’t worth the money.

    I had shelter, bedding and...

    Pros: The room was clean...period. The service was fair!
    Cons: No Heat! Had to ask for another blanket, but it would had been better to have a comforter in this room. No trash can in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable with the window treatment, drapes should still be installed. Major issue was that upon signing in, the Desk Clerk made a comment, "We will have to charge an additional $200 dollars due to any wild partys you might have"...insulting upon arrival! On the final billing it did not occur.

    Could use some changes. But...

    Pros: The hotel itself was nice and quiet during our stay. The front desk receptionist were all very respectful and helpful. Customer service I would give a 9 for sure. Parking was very convenient as well.
    Cons: The first room we were given had black mold on the the vent so I immediately had to go down and ask the receptionist to assign us a new room. I will admit he was very pleasant to work with and immediately apologized and assigned me another room with out question. He gave me the new room key to go up and check the room out first and ensure it was up to par before switching the rooms. The second room was better. The floors needs to be cleaned more often or thoroughly right before a gueat arrives, as they are hardwoods and it should not be that hard. Also, the rooms are overpriced, as they do not have a mini fridge or microwave inside.

    Horrible

    Pros: Horrible experience. No air condition in the room. No cold water, so We were unable to shower. There was no trash cans in the room. Property does not have ice machines but gives an ice bucket in the room. Staff was horrible During check in there was no one at the desk for about 15 minutes. First a woman comes out a back room to check me in 5 minutes later a gentleman comes out of the same room putting on his jacket. It looked just like it sounds. I had to fight for my refund.
