Pros: We spent three nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town in which the hotel is located is also very nice and with its central location perfect to explore the island by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: Amazing stay!!!!! Higly recommend it! The house is so beautiful, the rooms are very big and exceptionally clean, the cleaning service was outstanding! They cleaned our room every day and i couldn t thank them more! The bed is so big and comfortable and the house is located very central in the tiny cute city of Sineu! We loved it and we warmly recommend this accomodation for a nice holiday in Mallorca! P.s: the host was very nice!

Pros: Excellent stay in a relaxed hotel and authentic location; extremely friendly and welcoming owners.

Cons: Check-in times are - quite rightly and correctly advertised- strict. So this comment is just to stress that there is no 24hrs reception desk therefore we had to change our plans and arrive one day later due to our late flight. The communication with the owner was fast and clear so we just made other arrangements and everything was fine.

A perfect location in the heart of the town. Lots to explore locally and the market is a must.

Pros: Good continental breakfast with plenty of meats, cheeses, tomatoes, fruit, yogurt, coffee and excellent breads. On our first day we sat outside and watched the market (10meters away) come to life.

Cons: As an old building (now refurbished in great style), the water supply and drainage is obviously old.

Pros: The quiet villa nestled in a small Spanish village , is perfect for couples looking a slower pace .... its central to the island which makes everywhere easy to acces by train ... I would highly recommend Son Cleda

A good stay

Pros: Property is 30mins away from the main city Palma. The town of Sineu is very quiet and next to the hotel are very good restaurants if you do not wish to drive to another location to enjoy a good meal. Property is very clean and has air conditioning in the rooms, which works very well. It also has a lift and a good simple breakfast. Parking was never a problem as there is a parking in front of the hotel.

Cons: Although it is listed as a hotel, this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. Reception is only open in the morning and no one is available in the afternoon or during the night if something happens. It does not have a restaurant or bar open. These were always closed. So if someone is looking for an actual hotel this is not it. Although room was very clean and beds were always made, towels used (which were left on the floor) were not changed but re hanged. This was noticed since after a full day enjoying Mallorca we returned back and towels were still wet from our morning shower. When we messaged the hotel, since no staff is at the property, no reply was given. No apology was given by the management or staff. We asked for 2 towels to the cleaning lady in the morning and were given. Beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good very simple but was taken as it was included in the price. Do not recommend to pay for the breakfast as it is very simple and you can take breakfast from one of the restaurants next to the hotel for less money.

Pros: Perfect location for exploring the island. Everything was perfect. The hosts are very kind and available. The hotel is impeccably clean (on a daily basis), spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely come back to Son Cleda.
