Pros: The hotel was consistently clean, and the cleaning staff ensured a high standard of cleanliness every day. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate in the room, and tea and coffee were replenished daily for in-room use. The breakfast offerings are satisfying.

Cons: Access to the sauna requires an additional fee which is not included in the hotel room price. Getting to the pools requires walking through other hotels, which takes some time.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and we even managed to check in early, since our room was already ready. The room was very modern and has everything you need. The bathroom was really big and they left a little chocolate treat next to the bed for us when we arrived. Breakfast was AMAZING, there are so many options to choose from, I felt overwhelmed lol. Value for price is definitely very very very good. 11/10, would go again.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like as much is that there's quite a bit of a walk from the rooms to the Terme Portoro, but still not that bad, considering you don't actually have to leave the hotel to get there.

Pros: Location is great. The room was beautiful and clean with a balcony and a nice view. The pools were amazing.

Cons: I wish there were more vegan/vegetarian options, otherwise everything was great.

Pros: The hotel is on a great location in sweet little place of Portoroz. It has everything that you need for a relaxed stay. Very kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good and clean spa.

Cons: The spa is predicted for a group of hotels so you need to go through them. Although you can walk in a bathrobe, it feels like going through a labyrinth.

Cons: The pool area and sun beds lack cleanliness and appear outdated, with the Jacuzzi consistently out of order, marked with a maintenance sign for years. The sauna is also non-functional. On the first night, dinner was served in a downstairs restaurant, and we were informed that we could select food worth approximately 70 euros for two people. Interestingly, at the neighbouring table, a couple was given the amount of 100 euros for two, creating an amusing contrast. While the room was comfortable and pleasant, unpleasant odours, such as eggs in the morning and meat during dinner, permeated through the room vent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the thermal park due to its outdated facilities and the perceived rudeness of the staff. Furthermore, the inconvenience of not being able to purchase sauna rituals directly in the sauna, but having to return to the pool area to approach a lifeguard, adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
