Comfortable, good location 15 minutes from the centre of town. Modern and clean. Car parking is on the street.

Pros: The hotel is set in a lovely residential location which is quiet at night and with the excellent black out blinds in the room and comfortable bed makes for an excellent sleep.

Cons: Its a shame the standard room doesnt have a kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities.

Car broken into....BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Pros: Nice room, small area outside my ground floor room. BUT....

Cons: My car was broken into!! I specifically needed a hotel with on-site (secure) parking and selected that option at Booking.com!!! The hotel say they had parking BUT on check-in I was told they did not The receptionist assured me it was safe outside the hotel but in the morning I discovered the car window had been smashed and a large holdall was stolen. On reporting back to reception that person said it had happened before and it was NOT safe outside the hotel!! I had to report in person at the Police station (they won't come to you!). Obviously I'm totally gutted and VERY upset by what's happened. I tried my best to get a hotel with parking and was mislead by the hotel (and the site). Perhaps booking.com should have a separate tick box for 'on-site' and/or 'secure parking'. Needless to say this matter has created much upset and wasted time. It certainly ruined the end of my trip. The Police were not even interested enough to come out or even look at my car etc. Told me it's happened many times before too!! I did my best to choose a hotel with parking and was told it was 'safe' 4 times. I even took the receptionist outside and pointed out my car on check-in. The next day a different receptionist rolled his eyes in disbelief at what I'd been told!

Pros: Great location close to the beach and 10 minute walk into town. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and very good value.

Cons: Everything was great apart from one night when guests were outside talking at 3.30am but this was the fault of the hotel

Hotel Sitges impressed with friendly staff, a sparkling new room, delicious breakfast

Pros: We had a fantastic time staying at Hotel Sitges! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was sparkling clean and felt brand new - the furniture and all the equipment were spotless and modern. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a huge selection of delicious food, with something to satisfy every taste. We loved that there was so much variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. While it wasn't right in the city center, which is exactly what we preferred, it was still very convenient. We were close to everything we needed, and it offered a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we can't recommend Hotel Sitges highly enough. It was a pleasure staying there, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Pros: The modern design was really good.

Cons: There were no drawers for clothes that couldn't be hung up, and the pillow wasn't sufficient. Lacking in amenities, very basic.

Lovely hotel, lovely room, great location

Pros: We stayed five days for the Sitges carnival. The hotel was great. Lovely location, just a short 10 minute walk from the old town. Our room was perfect - comfy bed, lovely balcony and fabulous rain shower. The breakfast was great too and very good value for money. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the hotel who were friendly and helpful! We hope to visit Sitges again and would definitely stay here.
