    Pros: This place is absolutely amazing! The location can not be beat.I was wearing staying here after reading the poor reveiws. But so glad I did. Check in was a breeze.Code worked for the door rooms were clean. Staff was wonderful. Deposit was returned
    Cons: That the two free happy hour drinks are now not across the street but on 17th st.

    Pros: Its near restaurants and the beach. The location is excellent and right in the middle of everything
    Cons: No elevators, you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Other than that the property is good

    Pros: The room did not have a coffee/tea Maher as you advertised on booking.com. And after I finally checked in which tool 40 minutes the bathroom ceiling was leaking and the room was not cleaned during my entire 4 night 5 day stay so I would like some compensation. Thank you
    Cons: Please see above and also there was no elevator and my room was on the top floor.

    I liked it more then not I would come stay again just on the first floor

    Pros: I liked the location and the decor of the room, the bathroom was nice as well I also love the couches and umbrella out front
    Cons: I didnt like that there was no one at the front desk and I had to figure it out then come to find out I had to go across the street to check in and come back then there was no elevator so I had to go up and down every time I would step out and haul my luggage up and down coming and leaving.

    Great for a short stay

    Pros: Very nice comfy room, on the smaller side but perfect for a solo traveler. Location was great, short walk to the beach, bunch of cafes nearby, bus stop like a 3min walk to get everywhere else in town
    Cons: Not the cleanest possible, weird smudges on the mirror, some dirt on the floor. TV channels were weirdly glitching out, its like all of them went through a horror red filter lol.

    Pros: There was absolutely nothing to like about here
    Cons: The room was dirty, people's hair all over the floor so it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet haven't been cleaned properly, the curtains and bed sheets were stained. The bed frame was sticky and there were mosquitoes in the room.
