A very promising stay partially ruined by the incompetence of a receptionnist.

Pros: Cozy room, but rather small for an Executive. Very clean, well furnished with good taste. Very good breakfast, various and the lady there was lovely. Definitely the highlight of the stay in this hotel.

Cons: The complete incompetence of the receptionist. We asked when the restaurant was open, she said 20:30. So we asked if we can order the room service right now, she said yes. We arrive in our room, call the reception to order the room service. The receptionist tells us it's only open when the kitchen is open, so at 20:30. I go get some snacks to make the kids wait the opening of the restaurant. At 20:35, we arrive at the receptionist if we can go to the restaurant, she said yes. Then checks as lights were off. Brings one of the waitress in front of us who confirms the restaurant opens at 21:00! My wife then asks her if she has any clue about the schedule of the hotel but instead of trying to make up something in compensation, she tries to defend herself that she is right but it's the wrong day!!! We checked in on the Saturday, why would we care of the opening hours of the restaurant on Friday? As she was obviously clueless, we decided to go back to our rooms. In the morning, at the check-out, a new receptionist didn't even bother to ask how was our stay. The customer service is definitely going down to a level never seen before.

Cons: The entrance door closes after midnight and the card doesnt open the second front door. Need to make calls which is not convenient if you have no phone or the battery ran out

Very nice Hotel in the centre of town

Pros: Lovely Hotel, well worth the 4 stars. Helpful staff and nice clean facilities. The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning good and the room was quiet and spacious. The underground car park was accessed by a vehicle elevator which was a bit precarious but worked well! Excellent restaurant at the rear of the Hotel.

Great hotel, shame we couldnt find somewhere open to eat.

Cons: We didnt realise the restaurant was closed on a Sunday night and so were most other restaurants in town. It wasnt a massive issue, just had we known, we would have planned our journey differently.
