    The hotel was nice in general

    Pros: Room was not outstanding but really good and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. They accepted our check-in early. It's perfect for short stay of 2 nights. Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the main train station.

    Pros: Good and convenient location, very friendly staff.
    Cons: Extremely small room and adjacent bathroom. Window did not have clear glass, had to open to look outside. Very thin and hardly sound-proofed walls; woke up in the middle of the night or early morning when other guests were taking a shower. Too expensive for what was offered.

    Horrible rip off place

    Pros: Nothing thats why I asked for a refund I didnt even stay once I discovered the rooms were dirty and furniture in bad condition I refused to stay and they kept all my money.
    Cons: That they refused me another room so I left and they decided to keep all my money for 5 days I paid upfront and never got a refund. Update: I called about my refund booking promised me and these people hung up in my face. Update; they just emailed me and told me I shouldve cancelled after I told them I wasnt staying so they just gonna keep my money sorry for the inconvenience. DONT STAY HERE THEY STEAL MONEY

    Pros: Very big and spacious room. Well air conditioned. Wifi worked well. Very friendly staff at reception and when we ate at the breakfast buffet. Good location as near public transport. Some steps but also had elevator to main part.

    OK hotel near Termini.

    Pros: The room was quiet. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The location was a quick walk to/from Termini. Breakfast was okay - good coffee - helpful dining room staff. It was ok for one night, but I probably wouldn't book longer.
    Cons: No towels in the room at all - I had to go back to the front desk and he gave me two - which he had at the front desk - which was a little weird. The bed was super tiny and the sheets were NOT clean - lots of hairs and a dirty shoe scuff on them. The place seemed a bit sticky - light switch plates, tables. Could use a good going over with bleach wipes.

    Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room with air conditioning, great location.
    Cons: Getting the water to work (at all) in the bathroom was finicky. Breakfast is included but if asked my opinion I would tell the hotel to just scrap the whole dining room and lower the cost of the stay. There is no kitchen, just a room where staff bring out plastic wrapped snacks - muffins, meat, cheese - all pre packaged and cold, it could easily be bought around the corner at a shop.

    Pros: The hotel location was good. Close to the metro and bus station. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean.
    Cons: Very small room. It would be more comfortable if the room was bigger. The breakfast was quite poor.

    Short stay for 1 night still be acceptable.

    Pros: The location is good. Easy access to main attractions by Metro or walking distance. Closed by shopping area and many restaurants. Quiet and safe. The building built by 1850. Many tours visited this building in the morning.
    Cons: The room and bath room were very small. Very limited sitting area. You need to carry heavy luggage a few steps to reach the reception. There was only 1 receptionist and no one will help. Continental breakfast is decent. No hot food.

    Overall competitive good place for its price and location and friendly personal

    Pros: Really good location, easy walking access to center, to railways station and subway. Breakfast - its kind of continental breakfast, you have some option of pastry and sandwiches and tasty coffee, its definitely better and richer option than other hotels provide for such price. Personal is friendly and really kind. As hotel near ministry of defense its pretty much safe around.
    Cons: You can be disappointed with condition of room, walls could have scratches and marks, room is tiny, it definitely an option for tourists who just sleep at night and majority of the time spend outside. Unfortunately refrigerator will not work as you expected ( even if its active it doesnt cool things inside, just the same temperature as in the room). Also you can face some water pressure issue in the shower but again you can live with it.

    Pros: Had a problem with the shower head, reported it and it was instantly fixed! Staff at Reception as well as at breakfast was super friendly and service oriented.
    Cons: My single room was very small, however, functional and VERY clean. I wish they would use less packaged food items at breakfast, mostly from a sustainability point of view.

    Cons: power was out in the middle of the night on my second day of stay and didn't come back when I checked out in the morning; bathroom shower water temperature fluctuates a lot, either too hot or very cold; no 24/7 service available

    Average; if you don't have high expectations it's ok.

    Pros: Hotel about 10 minutes from Termini station. Very standard, average-sized room, small bathroom. Everything in good condition and clean. The breakfast was average, the selection was small, but if you don't have high expectations, it's sufficient. A big plus is nice, English-speaking staff. The hotel has an elevator. I only spent one night there, so it's hard to write anything more.
    Cons: In the evening, I was disturbed by noise coming from outside the window, probably from air conditioners from other rooms or another building. The breakfast could be more diverse.
