Pros: Good food choice for adults and children. Super friendly staff on reception and restaurants. Nice guys in shuttle buses to the lift. They helped us always and always smile. I love those people.

Cons: Food was 7/10 but we were satisfied with this. Mentioned Sauna was a super small (like a box). If you arrive with public bus you should go up from the nearest bus stop about 2 km. It was an adventure for us :) Wifi in the room 402 was not working at all. Full signal but no internet in the network. :-(

Pros: The staff was great, spoke good english, or when they didnt we could understand eachother. They offered free shuttles to each slope with prior reservation, very cool. They had a very good game room (pool, random machines too ..) which occupied us during the later hours of the night. They even bother to do bingo night and everything. And the winner for me was the breakfast/dinner. Props to the chef and anyone that helped with the food, it was amazing. It was actually mindblowing for me how good it was for what we paid for the whole stay with it all included. All u can eat buffet with drinks not included at night and even then it wasnt even expensive. Proper care from the staff too.

Cons: 2 things only: Room couldve been vaccumed better when it was cleaned but it wasnt that bad either. I would reccomend an A/C in the game room, it gets super hot from the machines.

Pros: The Hotel is perfectly located between Soldeu and El tarter. Bot lifts within walking distance (not with ski shoes btw). The rooms are well set up with a great pool, Gym and Massage as options. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety of food

Pros: free and convenient shuttle to el tarter. buffet dinner, not expensive, especially if you have just arrived - good option.

Cons: no a/c in the room. air gets stuffy especially at night. the bed could be better. no noise isolation. the breakfast has little to no veggies. overall the room was kind of small. one can find out the parking garage is pretty narrow, but for us it was okay. electric sauna is basically a small wooden room downstairs with no shower and changing place.

Excellent choice for location and value!

Pros: Great location, you can easily walk to the El Tarter gondola/town (15 mins downhill from the hotel). There's a public parking garage 3 minutes walking past the hotel that is new and huge, 20 EUR for 2 nights. The beds were comfy, the room was warm, and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggesting activities or printing lift tickets for us. There's a game room where they show futbol matches and have a pool table, bar, and other arcade games.

Cons: The walls were very thin and you could hear noise next door or in the hallway. The room wasn't totally clean upon arrival, we found hairballs and such. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options but the food lacks flavor.
