certainly did not meet,what was expected.

Cons: cold bacon and eggs, no heated trays,why not, saff coooming in to get their breakfasts,a no no,bar at night never manned,had to find staff to find bar staff, then not very happy to serve a drink, management need to give the staff a shake up, or have staff that at least want to work,,standards very poor,3rd visit now definately gone down,not worth what was paid

Excellent for a holiday difficult for sightseeing for a tourist.

Pros: Beach front. View to the sea. Swimming pool & sun beds. Had a lift. Large lounge area by reception .

Cons: For me it was too far away from the center of Torrox . You needed a bus every time to go anywhere. Very limited cafes & Bars on the main road until I found the Promenade between the beach & the line of Hotels & Apartments. Lots of Bars & cafes . I was not told they were there. Glad I found them .

Pros: Everything was very satisfactory, the staff were very helpful and pleasant

Cons: The room was quite near the lift and we could often hear it operating

Pros: The position right on the beach was the best feature of the hotel. It was very clean and the cleaners were lovely and always said hello. Reception staff were very helpful and when I asked for shower attachment to wall could be mended they sorted it the same day. I could have coffee and toast with cheese and ham in the bar area rather than have full buffet breakfast . Bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.

Cons: No kettle and coffee/ tea making facilities in room. I saw other reviews so took a travel kettle. TV only showed Spanish TV no English channels. I didnt use the pool as it was too cold to go in fully. Only children used it whilst I was there probably as other adults felt the same. It was right at the end of the area so a long walk to where most of bars and restaurants in Torrox were.
