Fantastic hotel in the ideal area of the old town.

Pros: Fantastic Hotel in the most beautiful area of Valencia. I arrived early and was delighted to have my room ready to check into and find i had received an upgrade to a suite. Alex on reception was very welcoming, I didn't have the breakfast as there are so many eateries within walking distance.

It was Community Day and we found the parade, wow!! We will have to come back. Loved Valencia!!

Pros: Location was in the heart of the old city. So close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful and offered suggestions for meals etc, nothing was a problem. The room had a patio table and chairs and sofa so there was plenty of room to relax. And the air conditioning worked!! I liked that it is in a pedestrian area with no vehicles in sight! Shops, sights and eateries literally on the doorstep.

Cons: This is not a fault of the property! We were so busy out and during our stay we didnt have enough time to enjoy the facilities or have a bath in the fabulous bath in our room! (We did find it a bit odd there was no blanket on the bed but we found one in the cupboard)

Cons: They need to invest in an ice machine to accommodate guests.

Overall happy but feel not value for money

Pros: Location was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The rooms are a bit bland and lack character. The bathroom was lacking in a shower basket so no where to put toiletries in shower. Screw missing in shower head so sprayed everywhere. Pillows were poor quality. A man was putting on skirting outside our room at 9am woke us up.

JUST ONE WORD: PERFECT!!!! Perfect stay in the heart of Valencia!

Pros: Everything was PERFECT! The hotel is in the heart of Valencia, in the city centre; you have all the main attractions very close by walking. We did the check in with Matteo and he was very kind, he explained everything ( also about the water machine where we could fill up the bottle!). Everyone from the staff was kind! The room was very big, clean, comfortable, with comfy beds, with 2 balconies, with coffee machine and all the utilities. The hotel was quiet, we didn't hear a voice in the corridor, not even once. It exceeded all the expectations! I recommend this hotel 100%.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Pros: This was a wonderful hotel, located very close to Plaza de la Reina, in the historic part of the city. It was near all the facilities, and old buildings such as the beautiful silk exchange and the many beautiful sites. It was on a quiet street, opposite the very old and historic Las Cortes. There is no through vehicular access. Sleeping at night or early in the morning is a joy as you are not woken up. Our room was big with a free standing bath as well as an en-suite. It was very bright with two balconies. The hotel was very clean and tidy. All the staff were fantastic. We felt able to ask any questions. We were made to feel very welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel. Gracias.

Great for a short stay.

Pros: Great location, large room, comfortable beds, soft sheets, lovely staff.

Cons: A few little things needed maintenance for example wobbly toilet seat, shower head flopped so had to be held, fridge interior not clean.

Pros: Location excellent I was warned not to close bathroom door as I might get locked in. They had been unable to get it fixed before my arrival Shower door was off its track and difficult to slide shut Room was clean and bed comfortable

Cons: Breakfast: fruit and cereal choice a bit limited. Accessibility to some breakfast items may be improved

Pros: Excellent central location in the old town. Close proximity to several key sites and surrounded by shops and eateries.

Cons: Our room seemed like it may not have been used in a while. However, it was clean with nice features in keeping with the hotel's style.
