Pros: The room itself is quite nice, clean and comfortable. And also the staff are super friendly! Plus the location is great, it is super close to the Ubahn, an Edeka, and a few good Döner places.

Cons: I could hear the noise from the hallway sometimes. And the water temperature in the shower occasionally jumps (suddenly no hot water for a few seconds, and then back on).

Excellent value and comfortable hotel...

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location, about 1 minute from Nollendorfplatz U-bahn, 10 minutes from the Ku-damm and in the heart of Berlin's Gay Quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was simple but comfortable and clean and faced away from the street so there was no noise from outside. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with a light cooked option available as well as continental. Free tea/coffee and cake is available from around 2 pm. Excellent value for money - I would definitely go back.

Cons: There is a little bit of noise leakage from other rooms - doors closing etc. - but nothing to spoil the trip.

Clean with good location, not...

Pros: The location was nice, it was very clean and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Pricing was quite decent (for us, cca 350e for 3 nights for 4 people). Wifi was usable for anything we needed.

Cons: These were the absolutely worst pillows we have ever experienced. Impossible to sleep on. It said the parking was free when it fact it wasn't and on top of that, you had to make a parking reservation in advance (which we never got the option for while booking). Every day I was going to the receptionist and asking for parking status, every time they said no parking (when it fact there were multiple free parking spots), I would much rather get parking at the hotel than to worry about paying parking at the machine. This naturally wasn't a dealbreaker and more of a are you serious question, but it was the most absurd pricing of coffee I have ever seen. If you want to drink coffee (note: we didn't get the breakfast) (very bad coffee, but I never expected a good quality one to begin with) you have to pay for it between 8am and 2pm. This is just cheap behaviour, if it's rush hour, we are gonna charge you, but if it's not, drink as much as you want
