Cons: This hotel is not clean. There was hair in the sheets and on the blankets, and a musty and mothball smell to the bedding as well. Hairs in the sink and shower. Heat would not working in the morning. Overall very dissatisfied.

Cons: Disgusting facility. Was promised a safe, did not have it. Everything was very outdated and not taken care of. Bad smell in the hallways and in the rooms. Had to leave and spend money to get another hotel room. Would never recommend it.

Cons: I had the worst experience at this hotel and the staff were awful!!! Firstly I went out all day and came back at night to find my hotel room open! The deadbolt was stuck and the cleaners hadn't shut the door right meaning the room had been open all day. When I went downstairs the man at reception was so rude and unhelpful and just said 'we'll fix it later tonight when you go out'. What?! I had to stand there and argue to get my hotel door room shut... as a woman by myself I did not feel very safe. Secondly, the hotel windows open inwards and have very sharp metal edges. I ended up catching my back on a corner and slicing it open, and I had to go to the hospital to get stitches. I went downstairs to see if there was anything I could use to cover it before I went to the hospital but they didn't even have a first aid kit! And on top of that they didn't fill out an accident report form either. Honestly the worst experience with horrible staff who do not value your safety, do not stay here.

A convenient place to stay for our short stop over.

Pros: Close to Romes train station. Easy access to places we needed to go to.

Cons: The shower was not great. And a few steps to navigate to get to the classic old lift. Not so good with luggage after a long journey.
