Pros: A good location with a restuarant facility. It should be noted that in the last hour of breakfast the amount of food that was left was often lacking.

Cons: Since the hotel is spread over a three seperate houses and there are no lifts, you need to bring small cases otherwises it is difficult since there is no parking facilities by the hotel. We were aware of the issue before we arrived via email with the hotel but it would have been better if Booking.com had put it in your description.

Cosy hotel, not recommended for families with young kids

Pros: Cosy hotel in the middle of the old town. Had good contact with a staff member prior to our arrival and clear instructions in English once we arrived. Clean rooms.

Cons: Stay was okay except the owner kicked us out in a very rude way from the restaurant, because our kids were too loud. I would not recommend this hotel for people traveling with young children. Here is what happened: We had booked the restaurant for dinner - 5 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 4 year old girls. We had informed the age of the kids in advance. We were seated in separate area from the other guests. Our kids were playing with balloons, running around and laughing while we were waiting for our food. They were loud, but as it was a separate area, did not seem like we were bothering anyone. The waiter looked at us grumpy - he was clearly annoyed by the kids, but did not come to ask us explicitly for them to be quiet. Also did not offer any other entertainment for them (crayons or anything else, which you typically get in a restaurant....).Also probably he was annoyed by the fact that we had a small order - no expensive drinks and only main courses as we just wanted to have a quick dinner, hard to sit still long with little kids 2 minutes later the owner came and very rudely asked, if the kids can be quiet. We said no and he told us we need to leave immediately. So we did. We wanted to pay for our drinks, but he did not accept our payment. We then had to look for another place to eat with hungry kids on a busy friday evening.

Charming hotel in the middle of the green Alsace.

Pros: Beautiful old building in a charming village in the middle of vineyards. The service was excellent and all the personnel really nice. We had an alsacean dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good as well as the breakfast. One speciality was the Honesty bar where You can have self service drinks and snacks.

The hotel is located in a great location. and the staff are exceptionally friendly.
