    Very Good

    Quiet and Comfortable, but little to do and few amenities in the evening.

    Pros: A modernised old hotel, the place has been very tastefully done. Breakfast was continental style and ok, included in the price. The room was clean and must have been part of a recent refresh. Clearly popular with business travellers.
    Cons: If you are working in the city of Luxembourg, do factor in that the location is not ideal from a public transport perspective. I also noted that there was very little open in the evening (few restaurants, no obvious supermarket) within walking distance. Prices at the on-site restaurant are also rather expensive (for someone unable to claim back on expenses...)

    Cons: It is far from Luxembourg, if you need to commute it is better to have a car. Though bus stop is nearby.

    Poor customer care - zero flexibility and no willingness to accomodate to urgent sirtuation

    Pros: I woke up very sick the morning I was supposed to travel and stay at this property. I immediately contacted them to see if there was an option to change my booking and postpone it to the week after (rate was exactly the same). It is important to note that I had stayed there at several occasions in the past But obviously this property is much more interested in making money than accommodate clients needs They wanted my money and they will keep it, but it will be the very last time they had an opportunity to debit my credit card
    Cons: Poor flexibility and customer care. Money Money Money is their priority.

    Pros: Nice welcome from reception staff. The room was a good size and comfortable. Restaurant staff were very pleasant.
    Cons: Given the out of town location the food on offer in the restaurant did not provide much choice eg we were only offered a buffet which was pretty basic.

    Pros: The room was lovely and big, very quiet both the house and the area as a whole. Coffee was excellent at the breakfast table.
    Cons: Wifi was practically non-existent, fair connection at the most, mainly even poor. Breakfast was average, no warm components at all. They didn't refill as it should, some trays very empty and you had to wait a long time or ask them to be refilled.

    Overall it was nice for a short stay.

    Pros: Size room was good, it was clean and quiet.
    Cons: The bed was small and breakfast does not give a lot of choices for people with food intolerances. In spite it is not allowed to smoke, there was a smell of cigarette in my toilet (probably from someone who smoked several times in another room/toilet).

    Pros: Location great for stop over in Luxembourg! Very up market location! The semi across the road costs over 2 million! Lovely thermal spa baths a walk away! Along with restaurants. Large rooms and great shower!
