Pros: Location and staff were great. Bed linens good. Good to be able to have breakfast on-site.

Cons: The rooms need a refresh. Bed was uneven. Faucet was not properly attached to sink. Cabinet under sink was damaged.

Discovering France

Pros: The room was very clean and well arranged and the bathroom too. You agreed to change my room after raising the issue with wifi. Good view from the window on my 2nd room. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Cons: The WIFI didn't work for the 1st night in the 5th floor and as well the door was not closing well and would make some noise.

Bed was the worst thing ever..i couldn't even call it bed...so uncomfortable and old.we try to turn mattress other side but it was so old and worn that it didn't make difference. Under room door was big gap that hall lights didn't let us sleep. Not private..can hear all in hall and other rooms

Not at all what I expected from the hotel description and photos. Left after the first night.

Cons: Overpriced. Rooms are not in great shape. Carpet stained. Fixtures in walls falling out of their place.

Pros: Was 100m from a venue we wanted to visit and thats the only positive thing about this hotel.

Cons: The price didnt match with what we got, the room was disgusting, our towels still had someones makeup on them, the furniture was broken, I felt like I was in a bad movie. Im glad I only had to stay there for one night.

Cons: Everything, staff was missing from the desk, they constantly knocking on our door even after we told them not to disturb us.Alot of noise there, every 5 mins you would hear the doors, the carpet was filthy af, the room was so tiny you didnt even had room to lay your clothes. This is by far the worst hotel I've been in Europe and I was in many.Avoid this hotel for your own good, after check out they told us to wait to check the room like we could do something worse than already was, nothing was worth there more than 10$ anyway. And dont trust the photos they provide, they do not match the reality.

Not recommendable

Pros: the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately there is nothing more positive to say.

Cons: The hotel is a complete disappointment. Very loud street noise despite the windows being closed. The doors have to be slammed otherwise the door closers will beep. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, the kettle was broken. The shower didn't work properly and the hairdryer was broken.

I wouldnt wish this hotel on my worst enemy, it is the worst experience I have ever had between a cramped unclean room

Cons: The rooms are way too small for the price they are charging, it states that the room has AC, however our unit was broken and they provided a small fan that was also broken( front cover missing) the elevator was tiny and felt like it was going to break at any moment. The bathroom was filthy and cramped aswell. We left the hotel within the first hour of our 3 day reservation to go to an actual liveable hotel. If I could have rated 0 stars I would.

This was a conveniently located property with helpful staff and basic facilities

Pros: It was a convenient location . It was near a metro station and Gare de Nord reasonably close and there were plenty of cafes and convenience shops nearby .

Cons: The lift and stairs are quite compact .

Absolutely disgraceful

Pros: The only redeeming feature of this hotel is that the bathroom was clean.

Cons: Everything. When we arrived at the hotel, we witnessed another guest fighting with the concierge about getting their 50 euro deposit back. The guest was claiming that there was mould in the room and the concierge was saying this was done by the guest. The guest and his wife were extremely upset. Good start. When I highlighted that I had seen this to a different concierge the next day, he told me that this didn't happen because the previous concierge was Muslim and would never do this. When we originally made our booking on the site, it said that there was air conditioning in the rooms, this was confirmed by a user asking the management on the website on the 20th of July if there was air conditioning which they confirmed. On the 24th of July, they said that all of the air conditioning in the building was now under maintenance. The time of our stay was 35 degrees in Paris, the room was the hottest hotel room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. It would have easily been 35 degrees in the room. They provided a desk fan in the room which was insufficient. They also provide a fridge that next to the bed, it was working so hard that it was massively contributing to how hot the room was. So we unplugged it to try to get some level of comfort. The concierge said that they had never had air con, when there is air con in the rooms, then said they are all under maintenance and then said that on the website it says it doesn't have air-conditioning. He said they had notified their guests of this, if they had told us we most likely would have moved hotels as my wife is in the early stages of pregnancy. Basically the people working here are liars. To make matters worse when I spoke to Booking.com to get some sort of compensation, they let the venue offer us a free breakfast on our next visit worth 12. We will never be returning to this hotel and would recommend that you do the same. They are crooks and will try to find ways to keep your deposit.
