Cons: Our bedroom was small, very dirty, the shower wasnt clean and was very small, the bathroom floor was very dirty too. When next door walked around their room, it sounded like they were in our room. The bedsheets were also stained.

Perfectly located hotel for a mini break

Pros: Location was 5*. We popped back lots to pick things up or drop things off :). Very central. English speaking staff which made for our limited French. Sorry!

Cons: Small room. I told them in advance I was bringing my dog and they replied by email that was fine and there would be no charge. When got the bill on check out I was charged an extra e15 euros for the dog. When I questioned the additional fee was told that is their standard charge and I would have to pay it. Not much point in them confirming there is no charge for pets and then at the end charging for pets!!! That is not good customer service. Obviously don't want repeat business.

Quirky rooms and great central location

Pros: Very comfortable beds, air conditioning and a nice breakfast. Great location for access to restaurants and the beach.

Cons: The bathroom was too small in our top floor room. The sloping ceiling means it isn't possible to stand up taking a shower.

Excellent location, helpful staff, very 'Le Touquet' ambience.

Pros: Ideal location for exploring Le Touquet town and beach. Very nice room with a huge and comfortable bed. The reception area is lovely and you can help yourself to games and books there. Staff were very helpful and very kind when helping me to sort out a problem that was largely of my own making. We were on the 3rd floor, which was accessible by lift. Our room had a view across the street and we could see the lighthouse. There are plenty of places to eat along the street. We went a little further, took a side street and found Le Coq Hardi. I fully recommend this! Once you have finished sniggering at the name of the place, you can enjoy delicious, home-cooked food, excellent service and a delightful atmosphere, at a very reasonable price. (There are steps up to it though and the toilets are down more steps, so bear that in mind.) This restaurant was also very good for allergies.

Cons: I am disabled and asked for an accessible room, which it was, because of the elevator, but the bath was not accessible as it was high-sided. Unfortunately that was the only way to access the shower. The following wasn't a problem but you should know about it so you aren't disappointed: there is currently a huge building project going on behind the hotel. The hotel is very quiet in the evening and at night, but quite noisy in the morning. I opened the bathroom window, to let in some fresh air, and realised that all I was actually letting in was noise and building dust. This might explain the dust on the desk in the room, which was there when we arrived. I initially thought the hotel wasn't all that great at cleaning but they are more likely just faced with an impossible task, as anyone who's ever had building work done will know. We didn't have breakfast there as theere were no allergy-friendly options, but it's not a problem as Le Touquet has so many places to eat.

Good base for exploring locality.

Pros: Location..centre of town, parking on street free till 9am. Ideal to find restaurants nearby. Great communication from the hotel and very nice reception staff.

Cons: Shower screen very old and damaged and very hard to shut whilst standing in the bath. Very basic facilities for the price. No teamaking facilities in the room. Wallpaper peeling away from wall and some furniture damaged.

I'd stay somewhere else. Quality doesn't justify the price at all. Bit disappointing.
