Safety concern

Pros: It was very basic but clean, and the staff was pleasant.

Cons: The door needed to be slammed as hard as we could to shut it (subsequently being shouted out by the person in the next room), and the lock did not work. Once, during the middle of the night, someone opened our door thinking it was their room, and three times before checkout, housekeeping opened our door to come in. The latter could be easily avoided if they'd spend a little money on the cards that hang on the door to indicate not to disturb. It was also far from town, which I didn't realize when booking. Glad we were only staying there one night.

Pros: The room and the bathroom were very clean and new. The staff was super friendly, nice and professional. The location is a bit far from the city centre but perfectly connected with the tram (the tram stop is about 4 minutes on walk). The price is competitive. The bed very comfortable

Pros: The beds are very comfortable. The room was clean and the location is good.

Cons: I checked in and was given my room key , went to my room another guest was in there. I was given a key to someone elses room. I had to go back and get a new key and new room. There should be more staff at the front desk. You can hear everything through the walls.

Pros: The place is closest we can get to our business venue. Surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Cons: No complimentary water and tea/coffee. There is also no provided slippers

Pros: Great reception staff, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Wide choice for breakfast. Next to all local amenities and connections to town.

Cons: Parking. Trying to access the hotel parking is a bit of a joke tbh. One way system but when you do find it on you nth attempt is fine and secure

Best Bed and Free Parking in Florence

Pros: Location. Easy access to Tram. Easy 20 minute ride to Duomo area. Free parking. Staff super helpful. Comfie bed and pillows - firm but with a little give.

Cons: Get the address for parking garage. Without it you will be driving around on one way streets, looking for what seems like an easy drive around the corner. Parking is tight. There are pillars dividing each space. Wifi is glitchy.

Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was ruined on several occasions On our first day at breakfast we attended at 8.30 to start our journey to discover Florence where we faced an empty buffet When we asked for some food,the waiting staff started making faces and walked off to another breakfast room to top up the breakfast bar. My 13 year old daughter went to see if there are some pastries left at the other location but she's been told rudely that she has nothing to do there and go back. At 8.50 we have asked for some coffee and water as wasn't any available, same face was given. We have left our room for a day at 9.45 when the cleaning staff arrived to our room. We had a great day out and arrived back to the hotel around 6pm when we discovered that our room was left wide ope with our belongings still inside. Unfortunately we didn't get any explanation why,propably a mistake again, thankfully nothing missing Continue the experience,2.30am a woman next door started to have a loud conversation with her friend and over the phone,so 3am we decided to contact reception ask for solution. Thankfully he managed to wake up and after a second attempt,bit firmer call he decided to deal with the situation,but he couldn't. We explained everything to the reception manager at checkout and we received a million sorry and an offer on some refund on our stay, that we paid on arrival. We have refused it as it's not about 30-50, it's to make sure that staff is trained up to the standard that a 4 star hotel should represent. Waiting staff should be there to provide service and top up the buffet Night management shouldn't sleep on duty Reception staff shouldn't allocate early check out and big groups next to family rooms Common sense
