Pros: Great view from the 4th floor room. Staff were pleasant and a reasonable breakfast provided. The room was heated and quiet. Though a bit tired and the bathroom was not spotlessly clean.

Cons: It was advertised as an appartment room with kitchenette but I was informed that cutlery and crockery would be an extra charge on deposit. So I didnt bother with that facility. It was a bit of a strange arrangement.

Nice location. I suspect the rooms are in a better state than the apartment from what I saw passing.

Pros: The location was perfect. A few minutes walk from the cathedral. The beds were comfy and the heaters were remarkable. We were on the last floor so the view was just spectacular (see photo)

Cons: The apartment needs renovation. There were stains from humidity in many spaces: ceiling, wall etc. Some parts of the walls were falling off. The bathroom ceiling was falling off and questionable as far as hygiene went. We had a bathtub but could not take a bath as the stopper was not the right size and we could not block the water. We had to clean the shelves. There was a table with a broken lamp in the corner. Not what I expected. We had to go around and look for the chambermaid to get toilet paper. We were given a box of kitchen utensils that had been through wars. Super dirty, with many stains (we could not clean it as the dirt was way too old). The pan and saucepans had broken handles and the cutlery was broken and disgusting. I wonder how the receptionist could give us this with a straight face. The breakfast was not what I expected. A buffet without much to choose from. It was disappointing. We had to ask for food, and this is not what you want in a buffet breakfast.

Pros: Only 5 minutes walking to the Sanctuaires Notre-Dame de Lourdes. There is a bathtub on the room. The staffs are kind enough.

Cons: 20 minutes walking from railway station, especially all uphill walking from the hotel to the station (but you can see the Cachot in the middle).

Cons: Rooms are very old with broken bed and lights. One light was not even working, and we complained to the receptionist. She promised that someone will fix it, but nothing happened for the two days we spent there.
