A Must Stay for a relaxing vacation.

Pros: Some rooms have Balcony where one can relax. We took a sea view room, so this part was excellent. The staff is super helpful. They have many options to book tours or taxis for tourists. Pool is exceptional, We enjoyed it almost everyday. Once can come and stay just in the hotel eventhough there is no city sightseeing plan. We will visit once again for sure.

Cons: Location is a bit off and so the connectivity. Taxis are expensive in Napoli so one cannot take them everytime. Bus coverage to the nearest place is poor and one needs to walk 1.6 km atleast to reach metro which is unfortunately not a flat route. Breakfast is satisfactory but this can be improved because we noticed if the items are over they do not bring in again this means they are over. So on busy days one will have only limited options left in the breakfast if you go in last hour.

Pros: Close to Herculaneum for my visit . Nice pool but its shared with local swimming club. Great view from balcony. Good breakfast, lots of choice .

Cons: Things broken in my room. I asked if the room was noisy, next to breakfast room , staff said no. She definitely got that wrong, you can hear chairs and conversations from 7am. Industrial strength cleaning fluid made my throat burn and gave me headache. I did complain and they did upgrade me . Hotel is miles away from any other attraction and in a run down area.

Cons: The shower was the pits. It had to be held while showering. If it was dropped, it spun around and around soaking everything in its way.

Pros: Reception friendly and helpful. Clean big room. Nice views. Nice breakfast but not many vegan options. The location is good for getting around Naples.

Cons: You have to wear a stupid cap in the pool. The pool boy is rude. Not enough vegan options at breakfast or the resturant. Some of the lamps didn't work in my room. Blankets on bed were not comfy.

Pros: Perfect location for visiting and close to the airport. The hotel is super clean superior sea View rooms really good and one of the few hotels right by the sea with probably the best views of the bay of Naples

Very disappointing - not a 4 star hotel

Pros: A nice sea view from the room. Good food at the Terrazza restaurant. Helpful staff at reception for booking taxis etc.

Cons: Very disappointing overall. The pool was big and clean, BUT is owned by a third party company so it was open to the public and you had to wear swimming caps when in the pool (and this rule was strongly enforced)!!! The bathroom was shabby. The sink didn't drain properly. There was only bar soap with nowhere to store it. The shower was in the middle of the bath, directing outwards and only protected by a flimsy shower curtain that didn't glide over the rail. The shower head was so low that we had to duck underneath it to wash our hair. The hairdryer was held together by tape. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was served at some tables in the walkway through to reception. The selection of food was average, and some items often ran out. Water was only available to be poured from a 2 litre bottle. The location was very strange, a somewhat nice hotel in the middle of a very run down town/area. There is a train/metro station about half an hour walk away, but through some very dodgy looking areas, so you basically have to get a taxi to go anywhere. It was about 50 one way to get to both Naples and Pompeii. Overall, not sure how this is a 4 star hotel.
