WORST HOTEL EVER, ABUSING THE REPUTATION OF BOOKING.COM.

Pros: Close to train station.

Cons: Booked triple room, was given single room and then charged extra 30 for a double room. The receptionist said you dont need a triple room so we gave it to someone else and have a single room available. After charging extra, the double room they gave me had a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside as if someone has been smoking forever. The flush was blocked which they later fixed. The bidet was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet. The basin was almost about to come down, wobbly all the time. The shower drain was blocked. Missing toiletries. No slippers in the room, upon asking they provided dirty slippers. The towels were dirty. AC/Heater had no power. The location is close to the train station but quite unsafe especially late night.

Pros: The hotel was close to the train stations. Friendly reception staff who organised a taxi transfer for us. The room was functional but clean.

Cons: The area felt dicey, and it was noisy as it is the centre of a big city.

Pros: The reception

Cons: I was in a room that was so small that you could not breathe. The window could be opened due to various ''smells'' and it seemed like you were sleeping inside a coffin. Whatever happened in the reception you could hear in the room so I did not sleep at all. Next day I had to find another place to stay and for less money, in the center of Naples, I had the whole house to myself.

Budget hotel with a big heart

Pros: Room was modern and clean. Bathroom clean, showers hot and plenty of towels, although the hairdryer didnt work but I used another one. Handily located for train station and tour pick. Staff very pleasant and available to answer any query.

Pros: The staff were very nice and friendly. The location was good and near the train station. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. Overall, the value for the price was worth it.

Cons: The neighborhood was a bit noisy. The AC was very loud and the flush was a bit tricky to use.

Would prefer not to stay here again.

Pros: The staff member was helpful when the original room was not acceptable, they gave us a room with a king single. Once he noticed my husband, he said we wouldn't both fit - the size of the room was incredibly small and we were there for 5 nights. He then after speaking to his manager, managed to get us into another room the next day.

Cons: There were two flights of stairs, which was hard with all our luggage. The staff had a massive argument one morning as they were cleaning one of the rooms, We got locked out of reception and had dinner in the stairway, as they were sorting out guests at another of their hotels, this is for a 24 hour reception.

Good value and good location

Pros: Very practical location next to the central train station, 10min walk to historic city centre. Rooms were clean and wifi & aircon were working fine. The staff was very friendly and happy to chat. The free breakfast was a bonus. Rooms were small but provided all necessities. Due to the location street noise was audible but ear plugs helped easily.

Pros: The location is very strategic. The apartment where we stayed was actually nice and very spacious even though it was not the actual hotel room we booked.

Cons: The main problem is that the hotel was full (even though we booked it in advance!) and we were transferred to a nearby B&B Chez Moi. This apparently has happened a lot based on the other reviews. Thus, we were not able to stay in the actual hotel. They should not accept reservations if they know the hotel is full; or the very least, we should have been informed beforehand that we would be transferred to another apartment.
