Great everything for this short stay we had.

Pros: The staff were awesome, very helpful and sorted us out for numerous things. We only ate little breakfast due to schedule but what we got was great and plentiful. The sundeck/pool was nice, small but still nice. Wish there was a bar there. I will not write scratches or peeling paint in some obscure corners and I don't care and wont look for issues. Great location with at least short walk to nice restaurants, bank, store and the mall/sky tower.

Unpleasant front desk staff

Pros: Modern, contemporary, clean, well maintained hotel close to one of the biggest malls in Santiago; didnt try the breakfast as we arrived late and the facility to order a breakfast for next day was already closedI booked a trip to Valparaiso and Via del Mar (next day early morning trip) The tour was OK, although I wanted more savvy tour guideand if you book any trip though the hotel, make sure they confirm its ok to pay with a credit card with no additional charges added to the final bill.

Cons: The hotel charges double for the early morning airport shuttle compared to the taxisand staff are ordered not to call a taxi for you . Beware! First time I encountered a front desk staff to refuse to do such a favour (Denise) This girl exhibited a strong attitude problempretending not speaking English, but understanding it, total disrespect and unwillingness to help! For tourists like us, who do not speak Spanish, to encounter the language barrier from the front face of the hotel doesnt speak loudly about the quality of the their services! However, Angela was our angelcaring, honest, willing to help and most of all-speaking perfect English. Hotel management should reconsider the shuttle changes that seemed to boost hotels revenue based on the tourist desperation to catch a very early morning flight. (Andfor your infoUber is dimmed illegal in Chile, but works impeccably!)

Pros: Excellent value for the price. The room space was amazing. Lovely swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Brilliant location close to the Torre Costanera.

Cons: The staff were slightly rude at times. You sometimes had the impression that you were more of a burden than a welcome guest, particularly at reception. A little bit of a downsize for such a nice hotel.

Pros: Good location with friendly and helpful staff particularly in the restaurant and bar.

Cons: Did not have any housekeeping service so had to ask for new towels as the room had not been serviced by 16:00. Pool small and cramped and no obvious changing rooms.

Pros: Excellent accommodations, spacious and with everything needed. Nice beds, really comfortable. The location is superb, close to a shopping mall, metro and several dining spots. The staff is helpful and very nice. Recommended.

Cons: The A/C unit didn't cool the room enough.
