Great shower, great location, comfy...

Pros: Location of hotel is excellent. We stayed here on our way to Italy and again on our return to UK. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and shower superb.

Cons: Breakfast was poor - for a 4 star hotel to serve up cold scrambled eggs is not very good. We stayed here twice a week apart - I thought the first time it might be a glitch but for it to be served this way a second time suggests they are not paying attention to service levels.

Cons: Definitely do not recommend. Value/money is at its worst it totally does not deserve that amount. The hospitality standards are very low. We were asked if we would like to have breakfast in the hotel we asked if it was included and they confirmed yes. The next morning we went there no one checked the name. The breakfast was literally terrible. When we were checking out the other day we didnt even get the breakfast again (although we thought it was free) because it was too bad. We prefer to go eat outside while we were checking out the receptionist mentioned us of the breakfast. We told them that theyre calling confirmed that it was free and theyre free to check it on camera. He did not yet checked with the manager and came back asking for breakfast charge. They got themselves into discussion for only 18 euros.

Convenient overnight stay in a lovely city, good location and friendly staff.

Pros: At the end of a corridor, and part of an adjoining room behind additional door, so very private and quiet

Cons: All services are on payment : parking , breakfast . No way to book camera with breakfast included The balcony door was half broken and didnt close well

Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much in the historic part of the hotel. Very, very quiet and cosy room with a smart and roomy shower. Excellent food and wine, the breakfast was very good, and many thanks especially to Roberta, who gave us some recipes on things in the breakfast buffet and also good tips on where to go.

Cons: Perhaps there could have been some somewhat stronger ceiling lights in the room for my old eyes, but otherwise the room was excellent; very cosy and quiet.
