    Pros: Very good location for shopping, monorail and very attentive, friendly staff. Always someone who spoke English to Understand my requests
    Cons: The bedroom was very hot when I checked in and took almost 1 hour to cool down.

    Superb

    Pros: Very polite staff at reception and everywhere. Great Location. First time in a Hotel in Japan where it was explicitly written LGBTIQ-friendly. The pool plays Reggae music which was so appropriate. I ll definitely come back.

    Pros: Close to the train station and near mostly everything
    Cons: The linens werent changed. We checked in to the same room with the same stain on the linens. The size of the room was a bit cramped. No room for luggage

    Shouldnt have stayed here for leisure trip

    Pros: Location and public bath
    Cons: Crazy music every night at the pool. Was looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was too loud and not relaxing so ended up not using it even once. Room was small and not comfortable. Looked very old. Lighting was awful bright white light only.

    After a very good experience in 2016 I had high expectations which were unfortunately disappointed.

    Pros: Very friendly staff. Very concerned about their guests. Location is very good - just off Kokusaidori & very close to Makishi monorail station
    Cons: Apparently not able to cope with typhoon - clanging windows & shutters, water in my room (carpets soaked), whistling air vent partially closed with masking tape. Breakfast room too small - resulted in being wait-listed a few mornings Electronic payment system would not accept my credit card for the final bill, despite paying with exactly this card a few days earlier for early check-in. I had to withdraw cash & pay final bill in cash.
