    Exceptional

    Perfect for kids, good location for shopping and tourist stuff.

    Pros: Excellent location, close to the main shopping street but still in a quiet area. All staff and all hotel facilities are very accommodating for the kids. The hotel is perfect for a family with kids.
    Cons: Though we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms were not cleaned by the hotel staff at all. We were informed of this aspect at the booking time. They provided reasons but still I wished the room could have been cleaned at least once during the whole 5 nights. Other than this lack of room cleaning service, we were totally happy with the room and the hotel. Linen and garbage were changed/cleaned every day, though.

    excellent hotel, especially for the price

    Pros: really great breakfast! so many kinds of food you can choose. also provide Japanese wine. it's a good place for the families taking children because there is a small kids playing area and books which you can bring back to your room. Also your kids can join the stamp game which they can get a gift. I will recommend here to my friends.
    Cons: for the first night, we can hear really noisy sound in the night that we all didn't sleep well. but when I complained this situation to the front, they change the room for me immediately and we have a good time in the following days. Thanks!

    Pros: The hotel is friendly to babies and offers one free diaper for each day. We also borrowed a stroller. There are many different kinds of pillows so that you can choose depending on personal preference. Good location.
    Cons: The breakfast was good, many choices , but many of us were sick seriously right after breakfast. Three of us had diarrhea , and one even threw up for the whole day. There's a high chance because of the breakfast because those symptoms occurred right after we had breakfast.

    Wonderful

    Fantastic hotel for families with small children!

    Pros: Excellent service for a baby with the free diapers and baby food available, the play area at the lobby and the excellent buffet breakfast. Incredible value for money.
    Cons: The swimming pool was closed despite being full of water and the weather being warm enough. This was not mentioned on the app or website and finding it out there was disappointing.

    Small room but excellent location

    Pros: Excellent location. The swimming pool looked great, but it was not open during our stay as we visited during winter time. The staff is polite and helpful. We were given baby nappies (5x per day) at the beginning of our stay, this was a really nice gesture from the hotel. There is 24h open counter for water (hot and cold).
    Cons: The room is quite small for 2 adults + 1 toddler. The twin bed for the adults was good, but there is not a lot of space left for the cot, and the hotel initially gave us the option to use a bed rail instead of a cot at the beginning. We opted for the cot as the bed rail was not convenient for our toddler. That said, even without the cot, the room is unfortunately quite small. There is no desk/chair for example, and no area to put your luggage. The breakfast was good but I think it can be improved with options for cereals, yogurts, more fresh fruit such as apple, banana... No cleaning service in the room. You empty the garbage bin and put the trash outside the room in the morning. Same if you want to change towels, you can leave the dirty ones in a bag in the morning and the staff will leave a bag of new towels outside your room. The hotel staff said that because we stayed 7 nights, we could get our room cleaned after 3 nights, but we would have to pack all our belongings, drop our luggages at the reception while the room is being cleaned. We opted not to do that as it was just too much hassle to pack/unpack and to drop/pick up luggages...

    Great location. Excellent for families with kids.

    Pros: Very family friendly and excellent for kids. Lots of amenities, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good space in rooms to sleep. They provide extra beds if you need.
    Cons: Cleanliness not so good. It says rooms are disinfected but they dont clean the rooms everyday, nor they change bed sheets, only the towels :( If youre going to stay for more than just a couple of nights its a bit uncomfortable not to have your room cleaned up and vacuumed everyday :(

    Kid friendly stay

    Pros: - This hotel is made for families travelling with small kids: they provide 5 free diapers per night + wipes, have a ton of baby amenities available and have a dedicated play area. Great for peace of mind. - The location is great near both stations and kokusai dori. It was definitely practical and efficient to go back to the airport. - Staff was nice and efficient, checkin and checkout were a breeze
    Cons: - The room we were given felt very stuffy and gave us some pretty bad dust allergies. - No options for lunch and dinner, if you have small kids you will need to find food nearby. - Despite all the amenities, the cost-performance felt lower than other similar rooms weve been to during our multiple japan travels. It could have been due to end of the year travel season but we were a bit disappointed given how other reviews were raving about this hotel.

    Superb

    Pros: Good location with a short walking distance to Kokusai shopping and eating area. Nicely maintained and pro-environment friendly. They have a cute designed swimming pool suitable for families and the breakfast is well spread with delicious Okinawan dishes. The staff is polite and courteous too. Overall we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

    Only family-friendly, no other notable advantages.

    Pros: xcellent location, family-friendly, and provides a wide range of baby essentials.
    Cons: The reception staff at the hotel were unfriendly. Due to driving a seven-seater car, I couldn't park in the hotel's parking lot. I had to temporarily unload my luggage, but the parking lot attendant hurriedly asked me to move the car.
