Pleasant stay! Great value for the money.

Pros: Great bathroom! New amenities and shower. The property was very clean. The staff at front desk were very friendly. Location is quite good, close to stores/main streets.

Cons: It is hard to find the buzzer for the hotel, as it is located in a shared building. It would be helpful to have the floor on the buzzer on the outside. Apart from that, the sign for the hotel when you enter the common area is not at the eye level, which makes it difficult to understand which floor you need to go to.

Excellent location, value for money

Pros: The location is very convenient for someone who wants to explore the city. There's a metro station very close (Universita) and the port is within 5 minutes walking distance.Transportation from/to the airport is easy as there's a bus station at Port. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip, they helped us with suggestions and made our stay more pleasant. Also, we always felt safe into the hotel and neighbourhood in general.Very good value for money.

Cons: We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and everything was good.I wouldn't recommend it for leisure trip.

Pros: The staff are a gem. The young lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. Explained everything in English and gave us recommendations for where to eat, even showing us a photo of a place on her phone. She marked places on the map and gave us info about the area answering questions;such as luggage storage when checking out, before we needed to ask. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. As others have said, the room was small, but it definitely suited our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, light but suitable. The location is great for getting places. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Cons: Nothing to really complain about. The climb up the stairs to the elevator was the only grumble - especially as the bag was heavy. That said, it is not uncommon in these parts of the world, so I accept what it is and would not mark the hotel down for this.

Comfortable room and very good location

Pros: Everything in the room was very new, including the AC, everything worked very well and the marble looked very nice. The location is also very good, close to the metro, so well connected with the main station and airport. A lot of options of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the historic center and other interesting places.

Cons: The layout of the room was a bit weird for me, the shower was inside the room and not connected to the rest of the bathroom (but nothing gets wet) and there was no door separating the toilet and the rest of the room.

A great place to stay in Naples

Pros: Great location especially for those, who want to explore the city (its quite close to most places worth visiting and very close to the metro station). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and pretty comfortable.

Cons: If there was a mini fridge in the room to keep our food/drinks cold (especially in the Italian summer) itd be perfect :)

Great price for a centrally located budget hotel

Pros: Dont be deceived by the outside of the hotel, for a no frills budget hotel, Hotel Nettuno was almost perfect! We had a 3 night stay arriving at 12:30am on our first night. The fact that there was 24 hour lobby was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect! Central to the historical centre and meters away from the metro to explore the rest of the city.

Cons: Marked down slightly for the hard bed. Could sleep ok but was like laying on a concrete slab, but the biggest negative for me was the fact that no fridge in the room meant having to drink warm water. Not enough of a problem to stop me staying again but enough to stop a perfect 10!

Pros: The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The rooms design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!
