Wonderful

Overall fantastic experience and excellent holiday, will definitely be back at this time of year!

Pros: Great location, fantastic staff, pool quiet and great bus service into Dubrovnik town. Beautiful view of the sea from the hotel and lovely walking routes around Lapad.

Cons: Hot foods for breakfast were not kept too hot at breakfast time and some works still ongoing around the hotel and surrounding area in advance of high season beginning.

Pros: It is an exceptional hotel, perfect for couples and families. The staff was really helpful and kind during the week we stayed. Excellent location and beautiful views of the Adriatic sea, watching the sunset everyday from the balcony was spectacular. They offer a delicious buffet for breakfast (10/10) with many options including gluten free and gluten free items.

World-class hotel!

Pros: This is a top notch hotel, deserves all the praise. Felt like royalty here. Rooms were spacious with all facilities you need, views of sea that leave you breathless, friendly staff and abundant breakfast. Meters from beach, walking distance from nice restaurants, just fantastic impressions.

A wonderful stay in a very special place. We will be back

Pros: We had a beautiful suite on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room had everything you could want for a fantastic stay e.g. kettle, fridge, tv, safe, toiletries The bed was so comfortable and bed linen and pillows were luxurious. Great food on offer for breakfast with an option to eat inside or outdoors on the terrace with a sea view. The spa and spa pool area was great. Friendly and courteous staff. A bus stop (2 minutes walk from the hotel) with a bus running every 15 minutes into Dubrovnik. A short 15 minute trip for 2. You can walk into Lapad on the seafront promenade.

We had the best time

Pros: Everything was great. We got a free upgrade to Royal Princess and we loved the room they gave us. All the staff was amazing, nice and extremelly helpful, especially Paola. Greetings for all you guys from Royal Princess and stay the best! You are what a successful hotel should look like.
