Pros: The location is not bad, but too close from the train station

Cons: Not clean, it feel like you arrive in a fake hotel. Not reassuring at all. And while you sleep you hear a lot the machine outside, in the patio

Excellent city hotel for Rome

Pros: Brilliant location and loved the set up of the building and its old fashioned lift, it had a real feel in keeping with how other buildings were around. Great information from reception on checkin with any help needed to locate places and a map provided. Breakfast offered but unable to comment as we did not use. Room was clean and good size, en-suite bathroom was good size and fresh towels with housekeeping daily too. Always smelt fresh and clean on entering the building and no noise encountered from outside or other guests. Location was close to Metro station and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum 15/20 minutes. Plenty eateries around side streets too. Felt safe with code system and double door entry.

Cons: Nothing major and I could have asked, but only one pillow on bed which was very flat. Would have been good to have had some extras in the wardrobe. Outside room hallway the skirting boards were off and unsure if they were carrying out some repairs.

Pros: The location is brilliant, its close to everything you need. The room was big and the bed was comfortable

Cons: This place says its a hotel, but its really a hostel. There was so much noise, all the time! Whether it was people upstairs banging and talking, people next door playing music at 1 am. Honestly we didnt have one good night sleep. Its not worth it, dont stay here

Pros: The location. However I did notice there were many hotels around the area. Easy to spot. If i was able to, I would have booked a different hotel.

Cons: Hard to find. No signs whatsoever other than as you are walking scanning every brick you find alot of doorbells, and in tiny letters you see the hotels name. Need to ring before the first and second door gets opened and have to go to second floor to check in. Then you are directed to go to the first floor. Enter ant the rooms do not even have numbers. You have to scan the key card of each door until one opens. The bed was suppper itchy, was it even a bed? Its a piece of foam on top of the bed board and the pillow is a very lumpy piece of foam with extremely thin cheap sheets. Im sure theres bed bugs. Woke up with bites. Had to spray around and place towels to be able to sleep. It also smells like very dirty sewer water in the room. The building was very humid and moldy smell mixed with trahs and sewer water. Not pleased. The A/C takes forever to cool. The window opened to the alley right next to the dumpsters. The T.V never worked. It never had signal. The wifi was spotty. I dont really know if the room is cleaned, there were a total of 5 women in the room and cleaned the room in 5 minutes, halfass cleaning. If you dont believe me i have footage. Terrible never staying there EVER.

Pros: Room was clean, value for money breakfast, great location

Cons: No hot water on our first night. Had to shower with freezing cold water. Were told that maintenance will come in at 7:30am. No one showed up. Talked to the receptionist again in the morning. The next day was ok. Also no phone in room. Had to go down to reception at 3am because of our query.

Pros: Good location, close to the action. Room was comfortable. We had 3 people and were a group of friends staying in the triple room. Nothing to write home about. Did the job though, good location. We didnt see any facilities at the hotel. We had an ensuite and were on the 5th floor while reception and some lounge thing is on floor 3

Cons: Great for sleeping only. Wouldnt hang out or lounge around at the hotel.

Pros: Great position overlooking a lovely piazza. Room was clean and comfortable with a killer view. A good value continental breakfast started off the day right. Staff were very helpful regarding getting around Rome and seeing the sights. Thank you Hotel Mosaic.

Pros: I would stay here again. The Housekeeping Staff was OUTSTANDING!!! They need a raise!!!

Cons: Breakfast wasnt hot. For about the same price, across the street, I had an Omelette & juice! Finding the location was a challenge - a tiny sign on the streetperhaps they could give specific directions

Pros: This is a brilliant budget hotel in central Rome. I see there are a few moans on here, but what do you expect for the price? It's in an amazing location with 24-hour acess. I had a clean, tidy and spacious room with everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
