A central location in Tours, comfortable and easy parking.

Pros: There were three of us staying in a studio room. The room was spacious and we didnt feel on top of each other at all. The room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay and the mattress and pillows were really comfortable. The location was central to restaurants and parking was very easy, right at the front! We stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the view of Tours from the cute attic windows. We opted for breakfast on one of our mornings and it was satisfactory.

Cons: The shower was terrible in so many ways: water pressure was not very good and it literally takes 3-5 minutes for the hot water to arrive. We felt bad running the water for so long and just letting it run down the drain. In top of that, all of the drains didnt run property so we needed to manage water use to avoid overflowing. The other things that we didnt like was the welcome we received. I write this in the spirit of giving constructive feedback but we were made to feel like we were a nuisance. We did ask a few questions at check in and were given very short responses like were taking up the ladys time. We then mentioned a few hours later that the drains seemed blocked and the lady seemed annoyed that wed mention such a thing. Having said all of that, when we checked out 2 days later, there was a different person at the reception desk and she was very friendly and helpful. We repeated our concerns about the drains, she wrote them down. Perhaps the other lady was just having a bad day but Im mentioning it as we did try to avoid her after that first night and this is a very simple way to improve the experience of guests.

I regret choosing this hotel....

Pros: Not much to say here... in my point of view was expensive, even if it's located in the center area of tours, is not the best area, and is located above a night club, so not the best place if you are trying to sleep...

Cons: Room was smelling like sewers, nobody on the reception after 9 pm... hotel located above a night club, on a second floor, no lift of curse, the day after I went to ask for another room where to take my shower since you couldn't stand in out bathroom more than 1 second because of the smell, but there told me they were no rooms available, so, no sleep and no shower for my, they confirmed the smell in the room and they told me the manager will contact me, I am still waiting,...

Pros: Very good central location. Very friendly and helpful reception. We appreciated the secure garage available to us (but werent informed that we would be sharing the space with a motorbike).

Cons: Non-existent bathroom door compromised privacy at times! A heads-up on the reception being on the second floor, with no lift, would have been appreciated so we could have made decisions on consolidation of luggage and/or giving this hotel a miss!
