    Pros: Very loud and unsafe hotel. We did not stay there as the pics were totally off from reality and we were not in da safe location. I traveled with my elderly mother and my 10 year old son and after checking in and checking the facility out decided to cancel asap. Didn’t last more then 5 mins to realize this was very unsafe location and wasn’t going to work for us. There was no elevators at all and no rooms down stairs available. There was a group of loud men outside that harassed us. I spoke to the front desk and they advised us that there was no cancellation fee. We went ahead and canceled and booked something near by. Booking.com has a very bad customer service as they have not refunded my money for the booking. They told me they couldn’t get ahold of front desk but the front desk said no one ever called. They were kind enough to print a cancellation email for me so I can send to booking.com but booking.com will not accept it from me. Very bad service over all
