    Don't think we will be back

    Pros: Location is great
    Cons: Breakfast was poor they only had three couples booked in so did not bother very much. Only one pillow on double bed and could not a member of staff to ask for an other.

    Comfortable, central, pleasant - no frills

    Pros: Location in the middle of Guardamar is excellent; 6 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to supermarket Mercadona and lots of bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. The room had small refrigerator, kettle, mugs - very useful and unusual. Breakfast was served individually and the same each day (cold meat, cheese, bread roll, butter, jam, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and excellent coffee) - in the busy season I expect it's a buffet. Staff (young man) was very pleasant, and had excellent English which was a bonus.
    Cons: The hotel is an original from (about) the 1970's and has been updated in a limited way; it's almost retro (pink bathroom suite, blankets) - it was clean and functional but quite worn. My only complaint was the lack of space around the double bed, as there was single in the room too, leaving no room to easily get in/out of bed on the wall side (and unable to move it due to a fixed bedside table). There didn't appear to be any access to the lobby apart from the steep marble stairs; there is a lift inside - so probably not suitable for those with any reduced mobility.

    Perfect for our two night stay. Friendly and accommodating staff.good continental breakfast. Would happily return.

    Pros: Good location,short walk to the beach. Various restaurants/bars/supermarket in close proximity. Room with air con, tv, safe, kettle, super shower and a lovely small balcony overlooking the street. On street parking outside hotel.

    Wonderful

    Great hotel in a great location for great value for money.

    Pros: The location was excellent, the hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk of anything you could need, beach, bars, restaurants etc. The room was a little cramped but ok for a week, the breakfast had a great selection of fruit, pastries, cheese etc and the staff also offered bacon and eggs. ONLY negative on breakfast was the toaster took an eternity to toast the bread. The staff were also pleasant and very attentive.

    Cons: The breakfast could of had a menu or someone telling you what was available as often had to ask. The first room we had was a double bed with no.balcony. We were swapped to a larger twin bed room with balcony which we had booked
