Pros: The Staff was very friendly and understanding. The location is Prime and it could be a beautiful facility. It needs a lot of updating, cleaning and TLC inside and out.

Had a wonderful vacation weekend.

Pros: Room was comfy. Could use some updating.

Cons: No phone in room to call front desk. Bed frame was broke.

Cons: Bed was hard, fire alarm went off from 1 am-6am, our door lock rarely worked correctly had to reset cards twice in 3 days. And had a to jiggle the door handle to get into our room for 20 minutes.

Pros: The bed was large and comfortable, even though it only had 2 small pillows on a king size bed.

Cons: When we checked in, I was told by the man at the desk that he would be leaving at 130 am, so if I had a problem, please communicate before then. We get to the room, it is a king bed with a large 2 person jacuzzi tub. Everything looked fine. We went out to dinner. We when got back about 9 pm, I attempted to fill the jacuzzi. The hot water was only a slight trickle, while the cold worked normally. As I had zero interest in a cold bath, I had to fill the tub by hand. I used a bucket and hot water from the bath tub. Not ideal, but I could get past that. After spending almost an hour filling the tub, I pushed the button and...nothing. I flip the timer switch, nothing. I do Everything I can think of... nothing. I call the desk, no answer. It is only 1020 pm. My husband goes to the front desk, there is no one there. There is a sign stating there would be no one there after 11pm. It was only 1020. There was a couple there trying to check in. He waited for 20 minutes, no one came. The couple, who had reservations, ended up having to leave to find other accommodations. I had attempted to call the desk while waiting for my hubby, I left a message, which my hubs could hear as it blasted thru the lobby. He came back to the room, as there was nothing else We could do. When we were checking out the next morning, the same man who checked me in was there. I told him about the night before. He said there was no one here? I explained what had occurred, he seemed surprised, which was odd considering he had personally told me HE would be there until 130 am. He said I apologize, I have refunded your deposit immediately, for the inconvenience, you are all set. I said no im not. I paid extra for the jacuzzi, I would like a refund for the difference I paid. He said he would tell the manager and they would be in touch. They were not. I have attempted to email, but the email on their website isn't working. Very unhappy

It's not the best stay, but the beds are comfy

Cons: I didn't like that it wasn't safe. After a certain time, there was no staff available. Then I got locked out of my room, and the key card wasn't working, so I had to wait for my partner to come back to open it for me. Then there was a weird cigarette smell and my nieces were there.
