Pros: The rooms are clean and tidy, but getting a little tired and definitely lacking in power sockets for this day and age, but otherwise very good. The bed was also a little bit hard for my taste, but my wife was ok with this. Pool area, food, and bar, all good - the food does get a little samey, but this is expected at an all-inclusive buffet.

Cons: Food was really poor, nothing for children but chips. Lots of food just mixed together. Our first evening in the restaurant we walked in unsure where to sit, four staff members stood, looked and didn't help at all. Clearing our plates away as soon as one person on our table looked like they were almost finished which felt very rushed. Very overcrowded. A lot of people staying seemed unhappy with the food from what I overheard. Poo in the children's pool which overflows into the main pool. My child put his hand in it. I told reception and they sent a man to look into the pool. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Nothing was done about it. No iron in the room or at reception, ironing service if you want it at a charge which we were shocked at. Very slippery round the pool, people falling all over the place a lot of upset children. The "sandwich bar" which is described in the information of this place is non existent. The gyros station closed at 6pm every day instead of 9.30pm. We really liked the gyros so a bit disappointing. The evening entertainment unfortunately didn't entertain any of us, the children were very bored. The fire show was good. If you can visit the beach which is to the right with the sand in a little cove with the marina boats then do it! It's absolutely stunning and if we had noticed it earlier we would have been there every day. Gorgeous beach bar/restaurant near loungers you can rent for 20 a day. All in all unfortunately we won't be returning. The weather was our saving grace, it was beautiful! Not a cloud in the sky. Absolutely not a 5 star unfortunately....Luckily we made light of most things at the time, so still made some wonderful memories.

Cons: No Aircon except in room. Repetitive food menu. Steep steps into restaurant, very busy at meal times not much room due to bad layout. Entertainment was a team of 3 no outside entertainment. No snacks or ice-creams outside meal times. Poor quality drinks had to pay for ice coffee which is half the price at Zeus down the road. Would not stay here again!

Pros: The best thing about the hotel was the pizza during the day and also the restaurant manager was very nice and helpful

Cons: Front desk staff rude waiting on staff rude and challenging. Far from a 5 star hotel as advertised Swimming pool bridges rusty. Bathrooms In superior room dated and doesnt match the room. Food not the best eat out most nights so not worth the all inclusive.

Pros: Room towards the garden had a bit of sea view which was a nice surprise. Cleaning staff was super nice! We could use the facilities after check out which was really appreciated.

Cons: Wifi was not stable and barely worked in our room. Keycard to the room didnt work when sun shined on the door. Room was flooded after showering. Not enough sun beds for amount of people. Most likely due to high amount of German guests but sun beds were occupied from 7/8am with towels in the morning and hard to get one later on. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel rather 3 star hotel, you get what you pay for.
